Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request, for it is only by His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In times of need, God encourages us to turn to Him and cast our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We also are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
However, we also need to remember that God expects us to be good stewards of our resources and to work diligently to provide for ourselves and our families. As we read in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don't work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread."
In light of this, we encourage you to take proactive steps in managing your healthcare costs. This might include researching more affordable healthcare options, seeking financial assistance from government programs or non-profit organizations, or even negotiating lower costs with your healthcare providers.
Also, consider these words from Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God can turn this situation around for your good and His glory.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, You know the burden of medical expenses they carry, and we ask that You guide them to the right resources and assistance programs to ease this load. We also pray for healing, that the need for surgeries may be mitigated, and for provision, that all financial needs may be met.
Help them to be good stewards of their resources and to take the necessary steps to manage their healthcare costs effectively. Give them the wisdom and discernment to make the right decisions, and the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness, and we trust that You will work all things together for their good and Your glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
