We are truly sorry to hear about the financial and medical struggles. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of prayer in Jesus' name, as He is the one who intercedes to the Father, and the only way to ask anything to God according to John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
In times of need, it's important to remember that God cares for us and wants to provide for our needs. In Matthew 6:26, we read, "See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?"

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in Jesus Christ's name, lifting up our brother/sister in need. You know the struggles they face with medical bills and the urgent need for surgery. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would move the hearts of those in authority to approve the assistance needed for medical insurance.
We also pray for healing and comfort. Guide the hands of the doctors and medical professionals who will be performing the surgery. We trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Romans 8:28

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
