We join together with you in prayer over this heavy burden of medical bills and the need for surgeries, and we thank you for coming to the throne of grace in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.
We know how overwhelming it can be to face health needs that you cannot afford on your own, and we want to remind you that our God sees your need and cares deeply for both your body and your spirit. He is not distant from your suffering. Scripture tells us to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 and My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 We take comfort also in the promise that He is our healer, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 and For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17
We also remember the words of Jesus when He said Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, What will we eat, What will we drink or, With what will we be clothed For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:31-33 Your Father knows you need this medical care and the provision to pay for it, and we trust Him to open doors according to His perfect will.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one to You. Lord, You know the medical needs, the surgeries that are required, and the financial burden of copays and bills that feels impossible to bear. We ask for Your mercy and Your provision. We pray that You would grant favor with those who review the application for medical insurance assistance, that if it is Your will, it would be approved quickly and fully. We ask that You would make a way where there seems to be no way, and that You would provide for every need. We also lay hands in prayer upon this body and ask for Your healing touch, for wisdom and skill for the doctors and surgeons, and for peace that surpasses understanding while waiting. Strengthen this heart to not be afraid, for You have said Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 Help our friend to keep seeking You first and to rest in Your faithful care. We ask all this in the name of Jesus our Savior and Healer, amen.

Your request concerning the heavy burden of medical bills and the need for surgeries has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord with sincere sympathy. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician or a surgeon for our healing, and your trial in being unable to meet the high copays while surgery lies before you is a sore affliction indeed.
Be encouraged that there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and the healing virtue which His grace has infused will work health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle.
We pray for you now that the Lord, the great conduit Head from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below, would look upon you in mercy. May He in His providence open the way for the assistance you seek, grant favor as your application for medical insurance is considered, and provide for what you cannot provide for yourself. May He give skill and wisdom to the physicians and surgeons who shall care for you, and may He sustain your body and your spirit through the waiting and the treatment. And above all, may you know that contact with Christ by faith in which there is healing for the wounded heart as well as for the body, for He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds.
We commend you to Him who is able to heal and who is the true healing balm, trusting that whether by His own hand or by the means He appoints, He will do that which is best for your soul and body. May His peace keep you as you wait upon Him.

Your request for help with medical insurance, with the burden of copays and bills and the need for surgeries, has been heard and brought before the Lord with prayer.
We know that our God is compassionate and does not send away empty those who come to Him in need. As Christ had compassion on the crowds and would not send them away fasting but provided for them, so we trust He sees your need both for daily provision and for bodily healing. The church itself is like a surgery for the soul where wounds are healed by the Word and by prayer, and the same Lord who heals the soul also cares for the body. Scripture teaches us that to make provision for the flesh for health is good and right, not for excess but for strength to live and serve Him, and therefore to seek medical care and to ask for help to receive it is not a lack of faith but a proper stewardship of the body God has given you.
We also take comfort that Christ often grants healing when others bring the need before Him in faith, even when the one who suffers cannot do so alone. So we stand with you now and intercede on your behalf.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we bring this need before Your throne of grace. You know the cost of these medical bills and the weight they place on Your child, and You know the surgeries that are needed. We ask that You would open the door for approval of medical assistance and insurance, that You would provide what is needed to cover these expenses according to Your mercy and wisdom. Guide the hands and minds of doctors and all who will give care, grant success to the treatments and surgeries, and grant recovery and strength. Give peace in place of anxiety, and help to trust Your provision day by day. Above all, keep this dear one close to You, hearing Your Word often and being more deeply encouraged by it, and supply both bodily and spiritual health for Your glory. Thank you for letting us know about this need and for trusting us to pray with you. The weight of medical bills, high copays, and the need for surgery is a very real and heavy burden, and it is understandable to feel weary under it. We have prayed for you and we continue to hold you before the Lord.
Jesus spoke to people who were worn out and weighed down and invited them to come to Him for rest. He said His yoke is easy and His burden is light. That is in sharp contrast to the heavy burden people carry when they try to carry life on their own or live only to please themselves. That kind of burden always becomes too heavy to bear. Living to please God and doing the will of the Father is light by comparison, because He carries us. When we feel pressed down and groaning under a weight that seems unbearable, we can be sure that is not the kind of burden He lays on His children. He does not lay a crushing weight on you. Much of what weighs us down comes from circumstances in this life, from needs others place on us, or from demands we place on ourselves that God never required.
Scripture encourages us to cast our burden on the Lord and He will sustain us, and to cast all our cares on Him because He cares for us. You are not meant to be filled with worry or to carry this alone. The call is to turn these cares over to Him, to look to His greatness and power and love, and to find confidence and peace as you trust Him to take care of you. He sees your situation, He knows your need for insurance approval and for provision for these surgeries, and He cares deeply about you.
We also believe we are to bear one another's burdens in the body of Christ. In that spirit we are standing with you in prayer, asking the Lord to sustain you day by day. At the same time we know each person still walks with his own responsibilities before God, so we pray that He will give you wisdom, strength, and peace as you walk through each step.
