We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent need for medical assistance. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals and provides for Your children in their time of need. We stand on Your promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Lord, we ask that You open the doors for this approval of medical assistance, that the necessary surgeries may proceed without the burden of overwhelming debt or financial strain.
We also pray for wisdom for those making these decisions—may they act with compassion and justice, recognizing the dignity and worth of every person made in Your image. Proverbs 3:27 reminds us, "Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it." Lord, move in the hearts of those who have the authority to grant this assistance, that they may see this need and respond with mercy.
Father, we ask for Your peace to guard this heart during this time of waiting and uncertainty. May they trust in Your provision, knowing that You are faithful to care for Your children. We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to take hold, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this situation is in Your hands, and we trust You to work all things together for good (Romans 8:28).
We also lift up the medical professionals who will be involved in these surgeries. Grant them skill, wisdom, and discernment as they care for this body, which is Your temple. May they be instruments of Your healing touch, guided by Your hand.
Lord, we thank You for the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can come before You. It is through His sacrifice that we have access to Your throne of grace, where we find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that You hear and answer our prayers according to Your will.
May this one find comfort in Your presence, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We declare Your provision, Your healing, and Your peace over this situation, trusting that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. Amen.
