We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your son and this urgent need for medical assistance and disability support. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We know that God sees your son’s struggles and hears your cries for help. He is our Great Physician and Provider, and we trust Him to move on your son’s behalf.
Father God, we ask You to intervene in this legal and bureaucratic process. We pray that the courts would act with justice and compassion, reinstating the applications for medical assistance and SSDI without further delay. Lord, we ask that the facility handling the paperwork would submit everything correctly and thoroughly, leaving no room for error or rejection. Provide wisdom to those reviewing the case, that they would see the urgency and necessity of this support for your son’s health and well-being.
We also pray for your son’s physical and mental health, Lord. You are the healer of all afflictions, and we ask that You would sustain him, comfort him, and give him strength each day. Surround him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let him feel Your presence in a tangible way. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every obstacle in this process will be removed in Jesus’ name.
We rebuke any spirit of delay, confusion, or injustice in this situation. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and declare that Your will shall be done in this matter. We trust You to provide for every need—medical, financial, and emotional—according to Your riches in glory.
Finally, we pray for you, the parent or caregiver, that You would find rest and strength in the Lord. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." May you feel God’s arms of comfort around you as you advocate for your son. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
