We hear the distress and fear in your request and we are bringing your situation before the Lord together with you in Jesus' name. To have your private information, your credit card, and your birth certificate stolen or misused is a serious violation and it is understandable that you feel violated, anxious, and angry, especially when you feel targeted and set up by others around you.
We want to gently correct the way this prayer has been framed, because desiring that people be executed is not in line with God's heart for justice and mercy. The Lord sees every theft and every scheme done in darkness and He does love justice, for Yahweh loves justice, and doesn't forsake his saints Psalm 37:28, and He has established authorities to restrain evil and bring lawful justice Romans 13:1-4. Yet God also tells us Beloved, don't avenge yourselves, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We are called not to be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21 and Jesus Himself says But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. God does not delight in the death of the wicked but desires that the wicked turn from his way and live Ezekiel 33:11, and He is not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. So we cannot agree in prayer for people to be executed, but we do agree with you for God's protection over your identity and finances, for the truth to be revealed, for every misuse of your information to be stopped, and for lawful justice to be done and for those who have wronged you to be brought to repentance and accountability.
We also notice your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to share that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation Romans 10:9-10. We ask that You would guide them to wise and practical steps, to report this to the proper authorities, to the banks and credit agencies, and to receive help in securing their records, and that You would give them favor and justice through those You have appointed to enforce the law. We pray for peace over their mind and heart where there is fear and suspicion, even toward the church, and we ask that You would replace fear with discernment and comfort, and if there has been misunderstanding or betrayal, that You would bring healing and clarity. Father, we do not pray for the death of those who have sinned against this person, but we pray for Your perfect justice to be done and for mercy to lead them to repentance, that those who steal would steal no more Ephesians 4:28 and would turn to You and be saved. Help our friend to forgive as You have forgiven us and to trust You as their defender and provider. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your distress in this matter has been heard, and it is understandable that to have your private information taken and used, your credit and your very identity threatened, should stir up fear and anger within you.
Yet the Word of the Lord directs our hearts in another way when we have been wronged. Vengeance belongs unto the Lord, and He has said, I will repay. It is not for us to ask God to execute those who have sinned against us, but to commit our cause into the hands of Him who judges righteously, and to seek justice by lawful and peaceable means. At the same time we are called to a higher way, for our Lord taught us to pray for those who despitefully use us, and to forgive even as we have been forgiven.
There is forgiveness with God, and it is surprising forgiveness, complete and everlasting, provided through the blood of Jesus Christ alone. As it is written, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake. If we have received such great forgiveness for our own sins, though we were once not His people, how shall we not from the heart forgive those who trespass against us. This does not make light of wrongdoing, nor does it remove the proper work of magistrates and laws to restrain evil, but it frees your soul from being consumed by bitterness and leaves judgment in the hands of God who will do right.
Let us pray together not for the destruction of any, but for that which is good and pleasing in His sight.
We ask the Lord to be your shield and keeper, to guard your name and your provision, and to bring to light what has been done in darkness. We ask Him to guide you to wise and lawful help to secure what has been stolen and to protect you from further harm.
