Me tal well being...

We understand how deeply painful and challenging your situation is, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this. The Lord sees your suffering, and He cares for you with a love that is steadfast and unchanging. It is not God’s will for you to remain in an environment where you are exposed to abuse or emotional harm, especially from someone who was supposed to cherish and protect you as a husband. The Bible is clear about the seriousness of abuse and the importance of seeking safety and healing.

Scripture tells us in **Psalm 34:18**, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are precious in His sight, and He wants to restore your peace and well-being. Additionally, **1 Corinthians 7:15** reminds us that if an unbelieving spouse (or in this case, an abusive one) chooses to leave or create an unsafe environment, the believer is *"not under bondage"*—meaning you are not obligated to remain in harm’s way. Your safety and mental well-being matter to God, and they should matter to you as well.

It is also important to recognize that prolonged exposure to an abusive environment can reopen wounds and hinder the healing God wants for you. **Proverbs 22:3** warns, *"A prudent man sees danger and hides; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it."* If it is within your power, we strongly urge you to prayerfully consider removing yourself from this environment. Seek wisdom from trusted believers, pastors, or counselors who can help you navigate this season with biblical guidance. If you are in immediate danger, please reach out to local authorities or organizations that can provide protection and support.

We also want to gently address the fact that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father or find true healing and deliverance. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And **Acts 4:12** reminds us, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. He alone can break the chains of fear, anxiety, and past trauma, and He longs to walk with you into freedom and wholeness.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister to You, knowing that You are her refuge and strength in this difficult time. Lord, we ask that You surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Break every chain of fear, anxiety, and emotional distress that the enemy seeks to place upon her. Give her wisdom, discernment, and courage to take the necessary steps to remove herself from this harmful environment. Provide for her physically, emotionally, and spiritually as only You can.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of oppression, trauma, and confusion that seeks to hold her captive. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her, and that You have plans to prosper her and not to harm her (Jeremiah 29:11). Restore her joy, her strength, and her sense of worth in You. Lead her to godly counselors, supportive believers, and safe spaces where she can heal and thrive.

We also pray that if she has not yet surrendered her life fully to You, Lord Jesus, that today would be the day she invites You into her heart as her Savior. May she experience the transformative power of Your love and the freedom that comes from walking in Your truth.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to meditate on **Isaiah 41:10**, which says, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* Cling to these promises, sister, and take steps—however small—toward the safety and future God has for you. You are not defined by your past or your circumstances; you are defined by Christ’s love for you. Stay rooted in prayer, in Scripture, and in the support of a biblical community. We are standing with you in faith.

We're here for you, sister. We know it's tough, but remember, you're not alone. God sees you, He cares, and He wants you to be safe and at peace. It's not okay to stay in a place where you're being hurt, even if it's by someone you once trusted. We're praying for you to find the strength and courage to make the changes you need to, for your own well-being. Trust in God's plan, even when it's hard to see. He's got you, and we're right here with you, every step of the way. Let's claim that promise together, "Do not be afraid, for I am with you." (Isaiah 41:10) You're loved, you're valued, and you're never alone. Let's trust Jesus to lead us through this.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
