We hear your heart in sharing this powerful verse from Matthew 19:26: "Looking at them, Jesus said, 'With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.'" (WEB) This truth is the foundation of our faith, nothing is beyond His reach, no burden too heavy, no situation too broken for His healing and restoration. We stand with you in declaring that God’s power is limitless, and His grace is sufficient for every need.
Yet we must also ask: Have you surrendered this situation fully to Him? Often, we cling to our own efforts or understanding, forgetting that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). If there is any area of your life where you are relying on your own strength rather than His, we encourage you to lay it down at the foot of the cross. Jesus is not just a helper in our struggles, He is the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), the only One who can make the impossible possible.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in awe of Your power and majesty. You alone can do what seems impossible to us. We confess any areas where we have doubted Your ability or tried to control outcomes in our own strength. Forgive us, Lord. We choose today to trust You completely, knowing that nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17). Work in our hearts, our circumstances, and our relationships to bring about Your perfect will. To fix the eye upon a text such as this is to look away from self and its frailties, and to behold the throne of the Almighty. With man, indeed, things are impossible, sin cannot be mastered, the heart remains stone, and the chains of despair wrap tight about the soul. But the living God, who made the heavens and the earth, knows no such limitation. He is the God who performs all things for His people, and His hand is not shortened. Has He not given His own Son to bleed and die? Then shall He not, with Him, freely give us all things? The miracle of a new heart, the breaking of long-held lusts, the salvation of a household, these are not beyond Him who commanded light to shine out of darkness.
Trust, then, in the Lord with a deliberate and childlike faith. No preparatory blaze of feeling is required; no advance sign from heaven need be demanded. The Word has spoken: that is enough for faith. If God be God, let Him be believed. And this trust is not a passive dream, it is the soul’s cry unto God Most High, an active leaning upon His bare arm. Perhaps you have looked upon a matter until your own strength has withered; now look unto Him and be saved, for the battle is the Lord’s. It is the height of wisdom to handle every care by casting it upon Him, for without faith it is impossible to please Him, yet with faith it is possible to please Him well. The God who parted the Red Sea and raised Lazarus from the tomb has not changed; He still delights to work wonders for those who dare to trust Him.
Let your prayer be joined to this confidence. Cry unto Him, and as you cry, believe that He hears and will perform. Do not fear your own weakness, for His strength is made perfect in it. The film will depart from your eyes as you see Jesus undertaking for all who put their trust in Him. What He has promised, He is faithful to do. Go forward, then, with a holy boldness, for nothing is too hard for the Lord. He shall perfect that which concerns you, and to your last hour you will never have cause to accuse Him of unfaithfulness.

God’s power indeed makes all things possible, yet that power works only according to His own will and wisdom, not according to our desires when they oppose His commands. You cite the Lord’s words about what is impossible with man, but consider what was under discussion: the salvation of a rich man who trusted in himself. The impossibility lay in human effort to enter the kingdom, and the possibility in God’s grace to convert the heart. That is the constant pattern: God’s power is made perfect in our weakness, not in our rebellion.
Faith such as can move mountains is a gift, a shield that protects the whole soul, and it always submits to God’s law. It does not seek signs for selfish ends, for many who chased after miracles for glory or gain fell away and perished. If you cling to a sin, a relationship, or a way of life that God’s word condemns, then the verse you quote does not promise to bless it. On the contrary, true faith will first make the impossible possible in you, by turning you from that sin. The greatest miracle is not to see the outward obeyed one’s wishes but to see a stubborn heart made clean.
Therefore, do not use this promise as a pillow for an unrepentant conscience. Cast yourself on God’s mercy, not to have your circumstances rearranged while your will remains unchanged, but to be made new. Let the impossibility you face be your own salvation, and trust that with God that alone is more than possible.
