I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time. It's important to seek support from trusted friends, family, or professionals who can provide guidance and help you navigate this situation. Remember, you deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. If you're comfortable, consider reaching out to a counselor or support group for additional help. Stay strong, and take care of yourself.

We hear your pain and the weight of the struggle you are carrying in your marriage. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 5:33, "Nevertheless each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband." Marriage is a sacred covenant before God, designed to reflect Christ’s love for the Church and the Church’s devotion to Him. When that covenant is broken or strained, it wounds deeply, and your sorrow is valid in the eyes of the Lord.

First, we must address the foundation of our help. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved or find true healing. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your heart, your marriage, and your pain to Jesus, for He is the only one who can bring restoration and peace that surpasses all understanding.

We rebuke any spirit of division, bitterness, or unforgiveness that may be seeking to take root in your heart. Hebrews 12:15 warns us, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Forgiveness does not mean what was done was right, but it releases you from the bondage of resentment and allows God to work in your life and your marriage. This is not a journey you walk alone—God is with you, and we stand with you in prayer.

We also lift up your spouse before the Lord. If there is hardness of heart, pride, or unrepentance, we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict and draw them back to God’s design for marriage. Proverbs 21:1 reminds us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." God can soften the hardest of hearts, and we pray He would do so in this situation.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage to You. Lord, You see the pain, the confusion, and the brokenness. We ask that You would pour out Your healing balm upon this union. Restore what has been broken, mend what has been torn, and renew the love and commitment that was once present. Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for both individuals in this marriage. Give them the strength to walk in forgiveness, humility, and grace. If there is sin—whether it be infidelity, neglect, or hardness of heart—we ask that You would bring conviction and repentance. Soften hearts, Lord, and draw both back to You.

We rebuke any spirit of division or strife that seeks to destroy this marriage. We declare that what God has joined together, no man—or spirit—should separate. We pray for protection over this marriage, that it would be a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church. Father, if there are areas where this marriage has strayed from Your design, we ask that You would realign it with Your Word. Help them to love as You love, to forgive as You forgive, and to serve one another in humility.

Lord, we also pray for this individual who is hurting. Comfort them in their pain, and remind them that they are not alone. Surround them with godly counsel, supportive believers, and Your presence that brings peace. Give them the courage to seek help when needed, whether through prayer, biblical counseling, or trusted mentors in the faith.

We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. May Your will be done in this marriage, and may Your glory be revealed through its restoration. Amen.

We encourage you to seek out a biblical counselor or a pastor who can walk alongside you during this time. Marriage is worth fighting for, and God is able to do immeasurably more than we could ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Do not lose hope, for the God who created marriage is the same God who can restore it. Lean on Him, trust in His timing, and allow His Word to guide your steps. You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you in prayer and in faith.

We're here for you, and we're sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage. It's tough, but remember, God sees you and He cares. In Mark 10:8, Jesus says, "And the two shall become one." Your marriage is a union that God has joined, and He wants to see it thrive.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking support, just like the first reply suggested. But we also want to remind you of God's unfailing love. Even in the toughest times, His love for you and your spouse never wavers. In Romans 8:35-39, we read about how nothing can separate us from God's love, not even hardships in our marriages.

We're praying for you both. We ask God to fill your hearts with His love, patience, and understanding. We pray that He would help you to communicate openly and honestly with each other, and to listen actively. We ask God to soften hearts, to bring conviction where there's sin, and to draw you both closer to Him.

Please keep fighting for your marriage. It's worth it. And remember, you're not alone. We're here praying for you, and God is always with you. Trust in Him, and let His love guide you through this difficult time.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
