Heavenly Father, I pray that this day the will of God is done in our marriage, in my husband's life and in my life. I pray that we both walk in a manner worthy of You, Lord, fully pleasing to You and desiring to please You in all things, bearing fruit in every good work. Make unto us wisdom, Lord Jesus...single mindedly walking in that wisdom. Help me to firmly grasp what the will of the Lord is - for I do not want to be vague, thoughtless, or foolish. I want to always mature in spiritual growth, convinced and fully assured in everything willed by God. Help my husband and I to have the mind of Christ and hold the thoughts, feelings, and purposes of His heart. Amen
