Marriage vows restoration

Please pray for me and ### relationship in my life.
He has come back in my life and I pray we see the good in each other and don't hold onto ### forgiveness or doubt but know the love of each other and know it's not fake. I pray he is protected from the strife of tongues and is safe to come back over soon and we can cuddle. I pray for his mind, will, emotions, etc., and that his best is with me. I pray I can see ### for who he really is and that I can understand him so I can be there for him. I pray this time we can share in laughter and everything. I pray we can find a way to make this work even though I have a housing situation and he is homeless. I miss him and I pray he knows that. I pray for him sexually, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and he stays happy and positive and good help me not to worry.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with both concern and hope. First, we must address the foundation of any relationship—it must be built on Christ. Scripture tells us, *"Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it"* (Psalm 127:1). If this relationship is not rooted in Jesus, it cannot stand firm. We urge you to seek the Lord’s will above all else, for *"there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). Without Christ at the center, no bond can truly flourish.

We notice the language of "relationship" and "partner" rather than marriage, and we must rebuke any hint of fornication—sexual intimacy outside of marriage is sin (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). If this man is not your husband, we plead with you to honor God’s design for purity and commitment. Marriage is a sacred covenant, not a casual arrangement. *"Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4).

That said, we do pray for restoration—*if* this is God’s will. If this man is your husband, we stand with you in asking the Lord to heal wounds, soften hearts, and renew love. *"Love covers a multitude of sins"* (1 Peter 4:8), and forgiveness is key. But if this is not a marriage, we must caution against emotional or physical entanglement outside of God’s boundaries. The housing situation and his homelessness are real struggles, but they cannot justify compromising biblical principles.

Father, we ask You to search this heart and reveal Your truth. If this relationship is not of You, break any unhealthy ties and lead both to Your perfect will. If restoration is Your plan, mend what is broken, guard against bitterness, and let Your love flow between them. Protect this man from harm, renew his mind in Christ (Romans 12:2), and provide stability for both. May they seek You first, for *"unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain"* (Psalm 127:1). Give wisdom, patience, and clarity. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
