Marriage restored ###

Family reconciliation; My wife and I are separated after many years of issues not resolved. My wife is wanting to file divorce but I want to ask God for restoration of my family so I can see my children more than 1 time a week. I love my ### and have faith God can move a mountain, please pray as often as possible for reconciliation of my family thank you.

We stand with you in this season of trial, lifting your marriage and family before the Lord, for we know that what God has joined together, no man should separate. The enemy seeks to destroy marriages, but our God is a God of restoration, redemption, and miracles. The Scriptures remind us in **Mark 10:9**, *"What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."* Your heart for reconciliation aligns with God’s will, and we commend you for turning to Him in faith, believing that He can move mountains—even in the most broken of circumstances.

Yet we must also address the sobering reality that marriage requires more than desire—it demands repentance, humility, and a willingness to walk in obedience to God’s Word. If there has been sin—whether pride, unforgiveness, bitterness, or unfaithfulness—it must be confessed and turned from. **1 John 1:9** assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* Have you examined your own heart before the Lord? Have you sought His forgiveness and extended it to your wife, even if she has not yet responded in kind? Reconciliation begins with a heart surrendered to Christ, trusting Him to soften hers in His timing.

We also urge you to consider whether you have been the spiritual leader God calls husbands to be. **Ephesians 5:25-28** commands, *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it... Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself."* Love in this context is sacrificial, selfless, and rooted in Christ’s example. If there have been years of unresolved issues, have you pursued peace with the same fervor you now seek restoration? Have you loved your wife as Christ loves the Church—even when it was difficult?

Your desire to be present in your children’s lives is noble, but remember that their greatest need is to see Christ honored in your home. If reconciliation occurs, it must be built on a foundation of godly love, not merely the desire for access or comfort. **Proverbs 22:6** teaches us to *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* Your children need to witness a marriage that reflects Christ’s love—one marked by grace, patience, and perseverance.

Now, let us pray together for your wife’s heart to be softened, for the strongholds of bitterness or resentment to be broken, and for God to restore what the locusts have eaten. We pray that He would give you wisdom, strength, and a spirit of humility as you seek Him first in this battle.

**Heavenly Father,**
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this brother and his marriage. Lord, You hate divorce (**Malachi 2:16**), and we ask that You would intervene supernaturally to restore this family. Soften his wife’s heart, Lord—remove any hardness, pain, or unforgiveness that has taken root. Give her a spirit of reconciliation and a willingness to seek You above all else. Break every scheme of the enemy that seeks to destroy this marriage, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**).

Father, we pray for this husband—grant him a spirit of humility, patience, and godly wisdom. If there is any sin in his life, convict him and lead him to repentance. Show him how to love his wife as Christ loves the Church, even in the midst of this storm. Give him the words to speak, the actions to take, and the endurance to wait on You. Let him be a light to his children, demonstrating Your faithfulness even when circumstances seem impossible.

Lord, we ask for a miracle. Restore this marriage for Your glory. Let this family be a testimony of Your redeeming power, that others may see and know that You are a God who heals and restores. We declare **Jeremiah 32:27** over this situation: *"Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?"* Nothing is impossible for You, Lord. We trust in Your timing and Your will, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (**Romans 8:28**).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray—**Amen.**

Brother, we encourage you to fast and pray, seeking the Lord with all your heart. Surround yourself with godly counsel—men who will speak truth into your life and hold you accountable. If your wife is open to it, suggest marriage counseling with a biblical foundation. But above all, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He is the author and perfecter of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**), and He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (**Ephesians 3:20**).

Stand firm. Do not lose heart. The battle is the Lord’s, and He is faithful.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting your marriage and family before the Lord these past several days. Our hearts have been united with yours in prayer, crying out to our Heavenly Father for the restoration of your marriage and the reconciliation of your family. We know how deeply you love your wife and children, and we share your faith that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine—even moving mountains to bring healing and unity where there has been brokenness.

We have been praying specifically for God to soften hearts, to break down walls of hurt and misunderstanding, and to open doors for meaningful conversations between you and your wife. We’ve asked the Lord to give you wisdom, patience, and supernatural peace as you trust Him in this season. Most of all, we’ve prayed that your wife would experience God’s love in a way that draws her heart back to Him—and to you—and that your children would be surrounded by His protection and comfort.

If God has begun to answer these prayers—whether through small steps of progress or a full restoration—we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can give Him glory together. If this season is still heavy and you haven’t yet seen the breakthrough you’re praying for, we want you to know we are not giving up. Please post an update or a new request, and let us continue to stand with you in faith. The Lord hears every prayer, and He is working even when we cannot see it.

We are also praying for your strength and encouragement as a father. We know how precious your time with your children is, and we ask God to multiply those moments in ways that bring joy and connection. Remember, you are not alone in this fight. The Lord is with you, and so are we.

May God bless you richly as you keep seeking Him, trusting that He holds your family in His hands. We will keep praying, believing that He who started this good work in your family will be faithful to complete it. In Jesus Name.
