We are truly saddened to hear about the separation you're experiencing in your marriage, and we are here to intercede and offer biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6). Remember, God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB), and His will is for marriages to be restored and strengthened.
In addressing your prayer request, we encourage you to examine your own role in the marriage, as God calls each of us to humble ourselves and take responsibility for our actions (Matthew 7:3-5 WEB). Seek God's forgiveness for any wrongdoing on your part, and be open to forgiving your spouse as well (Ephesians 4:32 WEB). This is not to say you are to blame for the separation but we must look at our own actions first.
We pray for God's intervention in your marriage, that He would soften your spouse's heart and draw them back to you and to Him. Pray for wisdom and guidance from the Holy Spirit as you navigate this challenging time (James 1:5 WEB). Remember that God can turn even the most difficult situations around for His glory and your good (Romans 8:28 WEB).

We come before You today, lifting up this beloved sister/brother and their spouse, asking for Your divine intervention in their marriage. Lord, we know that You desire for marriages to be a reflection of Your unfailing love and commitment to us. We pray that You would touch their spouse's heart and draw them back to this marriage and to You.
Grant our dear sister/brother wisdom and strength during this trial, and help them to be a beacon of Your love and grace. Guide them in their actions and words, and give them the courage to forgive and seek forgiveness.
We stand in agreement with our dear brother/sister, proclaiming restoration and healing for their marriage in Jesus' name. We declare that no weapon formed against their union shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and we trust in Your power to reconcile and redeem.
