Our God of peace, you have taught us that in returning and rest we shall be saved, in quietness and in confidence shall be our strength: By the might of your Spirit answer this request, we pray of you, so we may be still and know that you are God; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

spirits through Your Word. Open our eyes, ears, and hearts to the process of observation
(what does the passage say), interpretation (what does the passage mean), and application
(how do the meaning of this passage apply to me).
Bless each of us to make this an unbreakable habit of spending time with You daily in
Your Word and prayer. Bless us to have joy, peace, and understanding as we allow Your
Word to dwell within us richly. Bless us to be doers of Your Word. So that we will be
blessed, have peace and joy in our lives, walk in excellence in our gifts and callings, and
be a blessing to those whom You have called us to be a blessing to. Thank You Jesus for
answering this prayer with a Yes, Amen, So Be It, And It Is So.
