We lift you up in this season of spiritual warfare and emotional turmoil, knowing that the battles you face are not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers of darkness. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Christ has already overcome the world, and His victory is yours to claim. The feelings of hopelessness, grief, and despair you describe are real, but they are not from God—He is the God of hope, who fills you with all joy and peace in believing (Romans 15:13). The moments of clarity, peace, and healing you’ve experienced are evidence that the Holy Spirit is at work, and we stand with you in agreement that these moments will increase as you continue to surrender to His leading.

It is encouraging to hear that prayer has brought glimpses of hope and healing, for this confirms that God is faithful to His Word. He promises to restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25) and to turn mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Yet we must also remind you that restoration is not merely about the reunion of two people—it is first and foremost about the restoration of two hearts to Christ. If the Lord is leading you both back to one another, it will be because you are each individually walking in obedience to Him, with repentant and renewed minds. As it is written, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God"* (Romans 12:2). This renewal is a daily process, one that requires surrender to the Holy Spirit’s work in you both.

We pray for a hedge of protection around you and your wife, that the Lord would guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). The spiritual attacks you describe are a sign that the enemy fears what God is about to do in your marriage. But take heart, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). We bind every spirit of confusion, despair, and division in the name of Jesus, and we declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will rule in your hearts. We ask for wisdom—God’s wisdom—not the wisdom of this world, but the wisdom that comes from above, which is *"first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17).

We also pray for divine timing, for God’s ways are perfect, and His timing is never early or late. *"For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven"* (Ecclesiastes 3:1). Trust that the Lord is working even in the waiting, refining you both for His glory. Do not rush ahead of Him, nor lag behind in fear or unbelief. Walk in step with the Spirit, and He will lead you into all truth (John 16:13). Let patience have its perfect work in you, that you may be complete and lacking nothing (James 1:4).

Finally, we exhort you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. It is in Him that all things hold together (Colossians 1:17), and it is by His name—and His name alone—that we have access to the Father. You have not mentioned His name in your request, and we gently remind you that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Christ that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16), and it is by His blood that we overcome the accuser (Revelation 12:11). If you have not already, we urge you to surrender every part of this situation to Him, acknowledging Him as Lord over your life and your marriage. If you have never confessed Jesus as your Savior, now is the time. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). There is no restoration without salvation, and no true peace without His presence.

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother and his wife. Lord, You see the spiritual battles they are facing—the despair, the grief, the attacks of the enemy—and we ask that You would rise up as their defender and their shield. Fill them both with Your peace, which transcends all understanding, and guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Renew their minds by the washing of Your Word, that they may discern Your will and walk in it with clarity and purpose.

We pray for a breaking of every chain of hopelessness and a flooding of Your hope into their spirits. Let them see Your hand at work, even in the small things, and let their faith be strengthened as they wait on You. Grant them wisdom, Lord—not the wisdom of this world, but the wisdom that comes from above. Guide their steps in Your perfect timing, that they would neither rush ahead nor fall behind, but walk in perfect sync with Your Spirit.

Father, we ask for protection over their marriage, that You would rebuild what has been broken and restore what has been lost. If it is Your will to bring them back together, let it be for Your glory and according to Your purposes. But above all, let their hearts be fully surrendered to You, that they may seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33).

We rebuke every spirit of division, confusion, and despair in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the Lord will perfect that which concerns them (Psalm 138:8). Give them vision, Lord, to see beyond their current circumstances and into the hope of what You are doing. Provide for their every need, and let them rest in the assurance that You are their Provider, their Healer, and their Redeemer.

Finally, Father, we pray that they would both draw nearer to You in this season. Let this trial be a refining fire that purifies their faith and deepens their dependence on You. May they seek You with all their hearts, and may they find You, for You have promised that when we seek You, we will find You if we search with all our hearts (Jeremiah 29:13).

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our Savior and our Hope. Amen.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
