Marriage Prayer: Treating My Spouse With Honor

Dear Lord,

We pray that we would treat each other with honor. We pray that we can have the kind of character that puts one another’s needs above our own. Help us not to be selfish and help us not to lash out when we are angry or impatient. We pray for a calm spirit. Holy Spirit please help us honor each other in the everyday choices we make when we interact with each other.
