Dear Lord,
We pray against the urge to sin when we are angry. We know You have allowed us to feel this intense emotion, but we want to have self-control with it. Please help us to have self-control when we are angry. We pray we would never hurt each other or anyone else just because we are angry. Help us to humble ourselves and navigate our emotions with clarity and right hearts. We pray that anger never has power over us. Give us the strength to stay in Your will even when our circumstances stir anger in our hearts. Please give us wisdom and understanding with all the emotions You have given to us.
