Dear Lord,
We pray that husbands and wives would confess your Son as Lord in their lives. We pray they would recognize what lordship is. That if Christ is Lord in their lives, then that means that Christ is the one who makes the decisions. Christ is the one who says when and where. Christ is master. For You say, “…if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.” God, we pray that we would confess that we are no longer lord of our lives and your Son Jesus is.
