Dear Lord,
We pray for any husband or wife who has a lying tongue. We pray that they would be convicted to the core of this sin. We pray they would repent today and begin to walk in truthfulness. Your word tells us that liars will not inherit the kingdom of heaven so we pray that You would show them that even the little lies that they think won’t hurt anyone actually do hurt them and You. Lord, make them into lovers of the truth. Show them that You desire all believers to be honest and truthful people. We pray that if they struggle with lying that they would begin to walk in the freedom that You gave them on the cross.
