MARRIAGE - JOB - EMPLOYMENT

We hear your heart in this season of struggle, where the weight of marriage, job, and employment feels heavy upon you. The Lord sees every burden you carry, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting these concerns before Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

First, let us address the foundation of your marriage. The Bible tells us, *"Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate"* (Mark 10:9 WEB). Marriage is a sacred covenant, designed by God to reflect His love and faithfulness. If there are strains in your marriage, we pray for healing, restoration, and a renewed commitment to one another. *"Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). If there has been any unfaithfulness, whether in action or heart, we rebuke that spirit of division and pray for repentance and forgiveness. Let your home be a place of peace, where Christ is the center.

For your employment struggles, we declare that the Lord is your provider. *"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19 WEB). If you are without work, we pray for doors of opportunity to open—jobs that honor God and provide for your family. If you are in a difficult work environment, we ask for wisdom, favor, and endurance. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23 WEB). Trust that God is working even in this season, shaping your character and preparing you for what lies ahead.

We also lift up the spiritual battle you may be facing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly. If fear, doubt, or despair has crept in, we rebuke those lies in Jesus’ name. *"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your defender and sustainer.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this marriage before You, asking for Your healing touch. Restore love, trust, and unity where there has been strife. Strengthen this couple to honor their vows and reflect Your love to one another. Lord, we also bring their employment needs to You. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide work that aligns with Your purpose. Give them wisdom in their decisions and peace in their hearts. Father, we rebuke every spirit of lack, fear, and division. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, reminding them that You are their provider and protector. May they walk in faith, not by sight, trusting in Your promises. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

You are not alone in this struggle. The Lord is with you, and we believe He will make a way where there seems to be no way. Keep your eyes on Him, seek His face in prayer, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If there are areas where you need to repent or realign with God’s will, do so with a humble heart—He is faithful to forgive and restore. Stand on His Word, and watch Him move on your behalf.
