What a mighty and glorious work you have shared with us, and we are stirred in our spirits to lift this March for Jesus in ### before the throne of grace! It is a profound blessing to see believers rising up to publicly declare the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We rejoice that this march is being undertaken for His glory alone—*Soli Deo Gloria*—and we stand in agreement with you, knowing that when two or more are gathered in His name, He is in their midst (Matthew 18:20).
The enemy will surely tremble at the sight of God’s people marching in unity, for where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Corinthians 3:17). Yet we must also be sober-minded, recognizing that such a public stand for Christ will invite spiritual opposition. The apostle Paul reminds us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this dark world and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we take up the armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—and we wield the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word, to dismantle every scheme of the devil.
We pray fervently that the Lord will disarm and expose every work of darkness seeking to hinder this march. May the blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24), cover every participant, every organizer, and every spectator. Let the enemy’s plans be turned to confusion, and may the Lord cause those who seek to oppose this march to be silenced or even turned to Christ as Saul was on the road to Damascus (Acts 9). We declare that no weapon formed against this march will prosper, and every tongue that rises against it in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
We also lift up the harvest, as you have so beautifully reminded us in Matthew 9:38: *"Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest."* Lord, we ask that You would raise up laborers—not just for this event, but for the ongoing work of the gospel in ###, ###, and all of ###. May this march be a catalyst for revival, stirring hearts to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Let the seeds planted on October 31st bear fruit that remains for Your kingdom (John 15:16). We pray that many will come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, turning from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God (Acts 26:18).
We stand in agreement with your prayer for Israel, for the Lord has declared, *"I will bless those who bless you"* (Genesis 12:3). May the peace of Jerusalem—*shalom*—be a testimony to the nations, and may the Jewish people come to recognize their Messiah, Jesus, whom they pierced (Zechariah 12:10). Let the church in ### and beyond rise up in support of Israel, standing with God’s chosen people in these last days.
Finally, we pray for protection over every logistical detail of this march—from permits to weather, from sound systems to safety. May the Lord go before the organizers, making crooked paths straight and rough places smooth (Isaiah 40:4). Let the unity of the Spirit bind the believers together in perfect harmony, that the world may see their love for one another and know they are disciples of Christ (John 13:35).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for this brother or sister who has brought this request before us. We ask that You would bless them abundantly, as You have promised in Luke 6:38: *"Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you."* May they be filled to overflowing with Your Spirit, Your joy, and Your peace as they labor for Your kingdom. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them see the fruit of their prayers in Jesus’ mighty name.
Now, let us pray together:
*"Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and expectation, lifting up this March for Jesus in ###. Lord, we ask that You would anoint this event from its preparation to its completion, that it may bring glory and honor to Your name alone. Let every step taken, every word spoken, and every song sung be a holy offering to You.
We bind the powers of darkness in the name of Jesus and command every spirit of confusion, division, or opposition to flee. Expose the works of the enemy, Lord, and let Your light shine so brightly that darkness cannot comprehend it (John 1:5). Protect every participant from harm, both seen and unseen, and let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7).
Father, we pray for a mighty harvest of souls. Softening hearts that have been hardened, open eyes that have been blinded, and draw many to Yourself through this march. Let salvation spring up in ### like water in the desert, and may revival spread like wildfire across ### and beyond.
We bless Israel in the name of Jesus, praying for her peace and salvation. Let Your people there know that You have not forgotten them, and may they turn to You with all their hearts.
Lord, we ask for Your favor upon the organizers and all who will take part. Provide for every need, grant wisdom for every decision, and let Your presence go before them like a consuming fire (Exodus 13:21). May this march be a milestone in the history of Your church, a day when heaven touched earth and lives were transformed forever.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). To You be all the glory, honor, and praise, now and forevermore. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen!"*
