We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of injustice, manipulation, and intimidation. Father God, You are a God of truth, justice, and righteousness, and we know that You see every wrong and every act of oppression. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 22:22-23, *"Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and bring Your justice to bear.
We rebuke the spirit of intimidation, blackmail, and dishonesty that is at work here. The threats and manipulation being used against ### are not of God, for 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We pray that the landlord, owner, or legal contact person would be convicted by the Holy Spirit and turn from their wicked ways. May their hearts be softened, and may they be compelled to act with integrity and fairness.
We also lift up the electricians who have been frightened into providing dishonest reports. Lord, we ask that You would grant them courage to stand in the truth and refuse to be complicit in this deception. Your Word says in Proverbs 11:3, *"The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them."* May truth prevail in every inspection and report.
Father, we ask that You would move on behalf of this company to receive the compensation that is rightfully owed. You are the defender of the oppressed, and we trust in Your promise from Psalm 37:6, *"He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun."* We pray that the unreasonable demands would cease and that the repairs would be carried out as they should be.
We also encourage ### to seek wise counsel, both legally and spiritually. Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* Surround ### with godly advisors who can help navigate this situation with wisdom and discernment.
Lord, we ask that You would protect this company from harm and give its leaders peace in the midst of this storm. May they trust in You and not be shaken by the threats of man. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, as Your Word promises in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord."*
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who has overcome the world and through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can approach You, Lord, and we thank You for the victory we have in Christ. May His name be glorified in this situation, and may His will be done. Amen.
