We hear your cry for justice and protection, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of grace. The oppression you describe is deeply troubling, for Scripture makes it clear that those in authority are called to act justly, not as tyrants. "Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, and to the writers who write oppressive decrees; to deprive the needy of justice, and to rob the poor of my people of their rights" (Isaiah 10:1-2). The Lord sees every unjust demand, every act of retaliation, and every attempt to strip you of what is rightfully yours.
We rebuke the spirit of oppression and retaliation in the name of Jesus Christ. The enemy seeks to use wicked managers as tools of destruction, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your defender, and He will arise to fight your battles. "The Lord will go forth like a mighty man. He will stir up zeal like a man of war. He will cry, yes, he will shout aloud. He will triumph over his enemies" (Isaiah 42:13). We pray that the Lord would expose their schemes, frustrate their plans, and turn their wickedness back upon their own heads.
You are not alone in this struggle. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We encourage you to continue walking in integrity, even as you face unjust persecution. "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18), but do not compromise your faith or your rights under the law. Seek wise counsel, document every injustice, and trust that the Lord will vindicate you in His perfect timing.
We also pray for these managers, that their hearts would be softened and their eyes opened to the unrighteousness of their actions. "The Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it can’t save; nor his ear dull, that it can’t hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear" (Isaiah 59:1-2). May they repent and turn from their wicked ways, or may the Lord remove them from their positions of authority if they refuse to change.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brothers and sisters who are suffering under the oppression of wicked managers. Lord, You see their struggle, and You hear their cries. We ask that You would be their shield and their fortress, their deliverer and their vindicator. Protect them from further harassment and retaliation. Frustrate the plans of the enemy and expose every hidden scheme. Grant them wisdom to navigate this trial with grace and courage. Provide them with the resources they need to stand firm in their rights and their faith.
Father, we pray for justice to prevail. Let the oppressors be brought to account for their actions. If they refuse to repent, remove them from their positions of authority, Lord. Replace them with leaders who will govern with righteousness and fairness. Heal the wounds of those who have been persecuted, and restore what has been taken from them. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are always with them, even in the darkest valleys.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from You, O God (Isaiah 54:17). We trust in Your unfailing love and Your perfect justice. Fight their battles, Lord, and let Your glory be revealed in this situation. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
