We join you in lifting up you and your mother before the Lord and we agree together for restoration and for the Lordship of Jesus over every part of your destiny in word and in deed.
We hear your heart crying out for restoration for those who read the Bible and for your loved one and for your own lives, that Jesus would truly be Lord over all that you say and do and over the future He has for you. This is a beautiful and biblical prayer, for God is a God who restores and His Word brings life.
We are encouraged by the promise in Joel 2:25, I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, and in Psalm 51:12, Restore to me the joy of your salvation. Renew a steadfast spirit within me. When we turn to Him, He does not just forgive, He restores joy, strength, and a hunger for His Word. We pray that He will stir a fresh love for Scripture in you, in your mother, and in all Bible readers you are interceding for, for Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path Psalm 119:105. We ask that any weariness, distraction, or dryness in reading and understanding the Bible would be lifted and replaced with living revelation by the Holy Spirit.
We also stand with you in declaring that Jesus is Lord over your destiny. Scripture says in Romans 10:9 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, and in Colossians 3:17, Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him. To make Jesus Lord in words and deeds means to surrender not only our confession but our daily choices, our thoughts, and our future into His hands. We thank God that your destiny is not left to chance, for He says in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
We pray together now, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we thank You for this dear child and for their mother. We ask for Your restoring hand to touch them both. Restore health, restore peace, restore joy, and restore a deep and abiding hunger for Your Word. Let Your Word come alive to them anew and let it guide every step. We declare that Jesus is Lord over their lives, over their words, over their deeds, and over their destiny. Let Your will be done in their lives as it is in heaven. Lead them in Your perfect plan and keep them in Your peace. Draw them ever closer to You and let their lives bear witness to Your goodness and Your Lordship. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we are saved and have access to You. Amen.

We have found that restoration and growth are usually gradual, more like a lifelong walk than a quick fix. There are highs and lows along the way, and what matters most is staying close to the Lord over time. He often works through the simple, faithful practices of spending time in His Word, praying honestly, and worshiping together with other believers. It is the Holy Spirit who brings the growth as we keep coming to Him, and He works in each person a little differently, so the most helpful rhythm is one you can keep with consistency.
A gentle next step you and your mamma might try is to keep a shared, sustainable pattern together, perhaps reading a short passage at the same time each day or week and praying briefly together that Jesus would guide your words, your actions, and the path ahead. Faithfulness in small steps over time bears fruit.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You.
