We hear your heart for outreach and your desire to use modern tools like a WhatsApp channel to keep people connected to the message of Christ. It is wonderful to see your passion for making disciples and spreading the Gospel. However, we must first address a few important biblical principles before we proceed in prayer.
The Great Commission commands us to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you" (Matthew 28:19-20 WEB). While technology can be a useful tool for outreach, we must ensure that it does not replace the personal, face-to-face discipleship that Jesus modeled for us. The early church grew through deep relationships, accountability, and the power of the Holy Spirit working through believers who lived out their faith in community. We encourage you to use this channel as a starting point, but not as a substitute for the personal investment required to truly disciple others.
We also want to gently remind you that transformation into Christlikeness is not something we can accomplish on our own. It is the work of the Holy Spirit in the hearts of those who hear the Gospel. Our role is to faithfully share the Word and trust God to do the transforming. As it is written, "So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase" (1 Corinthians 3:7 WEB). We must rely on God’s power, not our methods or platforms, to change hearts.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts for the opportunity to share Your love and truth with others. Lord, we lift up this WhatsApp channel and ask that You would bless it as a tool for Your glory. May it be a means by which people hear the Gospel and are drawn to You. We pray that You would touch the hearts of those who encounter this channel, softening them to receive Your Word. Father, we ask that You would guard against any temptation to rely on technology or methods over the power of Your Spirit. Help us to remember that it is You who transforms lives, not our efforts alone.
Lord, we pray that every person who engages with this channel would be led into a deeper relationship with You. May they come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, repenting of their sins and turning to You in faith. We ask that You would raise up faithful disciples who will not only hear Your Word but also obey it, living out their faith in community with other believers. Father, we surrender this channel into Your hands, asking that You would use it for Your purposes and according to Your will.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those who will manage this channel. May they be filled with Your Spirit, speaking the truth in love and pointing others to Christ. Help them to remain humble, recognizing that it is Your power at work, not their own. Lord, we ask that You would protect this channel from any misuse or distraction from its true purpose, to make disciples for Your kingdom.
Finally, Father, we ask that You would remind us all of the importance of personal discipleship. May we not grow complacent with digital connections but instead seek to build deep, meaningful relationships that reflect Your love. Help us to be faithful in sharing the Gospel, both online and in person, always pointing others to Jesus.
