Thank you for sharing your heart so openly and for wanting to grow in discipline, in your training and especially in reading the Bible and in prayer.

That desire to be consistent morning and evening and throughout the day is a good and godly desire. Scripture teaches that whatever we sow we will also reap. If we sow to what satisfies only the moment we reap emptiness, but if we sow to the Spirit we reap life. Discipline in the Word and in prayer is sowing to the Spirit, and God honors that steady sowing. Growth in faith comes as we grow in knowing Jesus. The more you know Him through Scripture, the more you will trust Him, and the more strength you will find to walk faithfully.

God also understands our weakness. He knows our frame, that we are dust, and He has made provision to make us strong. He does not expect you to manufacture strength on your own. From the beginning He placed people in the garden to tend and keep what He had given, not to exploit or destroy it, but to care for it faithfully. That same calling applies to your body, your time, your mind and your resources. Training, work, rest, money and time are all things God has entrusted to you to steward with care and patience, one faithful step at a time. Intensity and consistency grow best when they are rooted in that kind of faithful stewardship rather than in sudden bursts.

You mentioned the hurt of being scammed, of working very long hours and ending with nothing, and of making choices you thought were right but later saw were wrong. God sees all of that. There is forgiveness and a new beginning provided through the cross of Jesus Christ, which reverses what was broken in the beginning. Through Jesus alone we have salvation, forgiveness for past wrong choices, and power to walk a new way. Bring those wounds and regrets honestly to Him and ask Him to lead you into wiser paths.

You also mentioned buying a lottery ticket and hoping to win, and that you do not want to go into debt or borrow from others. It is true that all money belongs to God and that avoiding needless debt is wise, and your caution there is understandable after hard experiences. At the same time Scripture calls us not to seek provision through chance but through faithful, patient stewardship and trust in God who provides. I cannot affirm or ask God to bless the lottery as a way forward, but I can pray that He will give you wisdom for provision, contentment, clear guidance for work and resources, and protection from further harm or deception. If you are unable to work, bring that need specifically to the Lord and seek wise, godly counsel from trusted believers who can help you consider honest and sustainable options.

For your prayer times and Bible reading, keep it simple and steady. Choose a readable portion of Scripture each morning and evening, pray briefly before and after, and thank God when you eat and when you train. If you miss a time, do not condemn yourself, just begin again. God is not looking for perfection but for a faithful heart that keeps turning to Him. He will meet you as you seek Him.

I am praying for you, that God will give you focus and self control, that He will strengthen you in body and spirit, that He will deepen your love for His Word and keep you in close fellowship with Jesus, and that He will provide for your needs according to His wisdom and kindness and lead you into faithful next steps.
