Made an attempt to contact previous owner of my ### to do ### transfer

Wrote a letter recently on Tuesday to previous finding her address from old sitting in my truck. I did go to a DMV first to do a title but said I will need to find owner to do a transfer. Since I did find her address. I sent a letter requesting her help to do a transfer of title. My prayer is believing she contacts me and will pay for title. I have money. Thk you for agreement.
