Lump On Lower Middle Chest

Jesus please help me. I found a lump on the lower middle of my chest that stings when I press on it. I'm scared it might be cancer. And I can't afford to be seen by a doctor because I don't have insurance. Please pray that it goes away, or that it's nothing bad. I'm really scared.
