Beloved of All
"But stay alert at all times, praying that you will have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.” (Luke 21:36) "so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God" (Colossians 1:10) Father ask we, our families, loved ones, be alert, walking in a manner worthy of You, pleasing in Your sight, bearing fruit and increasing in knowledge of You. Lord please draw all unsaved to the foot of the cross for the gift of forgiveness, making You Lord of their lives. May we not miss out on rapture, may we live in accordance to Your will in Jesus Name Amen.

We join with you in this beautiful and urgent prayer and we say amen to your heart's cry to stay alert and to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord.

You have prayed according to the very will of God, for it is written, But stay alert at all times, praying that you will have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man. Luke 21:36 and that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. Colossians 1:10. This is our desire as well, that we and our families and loved ones would not grow sleepy or distracted by this world, but would watch and pray and remain sober.

We are encouraged by your prayer for the unsaved, for this is the heart of our Father who is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9. We agree with you that the Lord would draw all who are unsaved to the foot of the cross, where there is forgiveness and new life, for there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. Jesus himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6.

We also share your longing not to miss the blessed hope of being gathered to Him, for the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with God's trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first, then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17. Therefore we are to watch, for we do not know what day our Lord is coming. Matthew 24:42, and to remain faithful, bearing fruit and growing in the knowledge of Him through His Word and through prayer each day.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We ask that You help us, our families, and our loved ones to stay alert at all times, to be prayerful and watchful, to walk in a manner worthy of You and to please You in all respects. Cause us to bear fruit in every good work and to increase in the knowledge of You. Keep us from lukewarmness and from the cares of this world that choke the Word. Draw by Your Holy Spirit every unsaved loved one and every soul who does not yet know You to the foot of the cross, grant them repentance and faith to receive the gift of forgiveness and to make Jesus Lord of their lives. Make us ready, clothed in righteousness, with lamps filled with oil, that we may have strength to stand before the Son of Man and not miss the rapture, but live each day in accordance with Your perfect will. Strengthen us to endure and to be found faithful when You come. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior, amen.

We are grateful for your prayer and we join you in it. Your love for your family and for those who don't yet know Jesus comes through so clearly, and your desire to stay alert and walk in a way that pleases Him is beautiful to see.

We have found it helps to remember that this kind of life is less about trying harder in a single moment and more about training quietly over time. Like preparing for a marathon, no one can run it well by sheer effort on the day itself. It is the small, regular exercises, done faithfully, that shape us over a lifetime and help us grow as works in progress. That takes pressure off and keeps us steady when we feel we are falling short.

One simple way to live this out this week might be to choose one small, sustainable rhythm rather than trying to do everything at once. Perhaps a brief morning prayer asking the Lord to keep you watchful that day, and one intentional moment to bear fruit where you are, whether in kindness at home or praying by name for someone who needs Christ.

Father, we bring them and their family and loved ones before You. Keep them watchful and faithful, growing in knowing You and walking in Your will. Draw those who are still far from You to the cross and to forgiveness in Christ, and give us all grace to live for You day by day. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift these prayers up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

““But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Your earnest prayer breathes the very spirit of watchfulness which our Lord enjoined when He said, stay alert at all times, praying that you may have strength to stand before the Son of Man. It is well to be thus concerned, not only for your own soul, but for your families and loved ones, that you may all walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.

This walk of which you speak is no mere notion for the closet, but implies action. As you have received Christ, so walk in Him. To walk in Him is to make Him your very element, as a man walks in the air, not now and then coming to Him and going away from Him, but abiding in Him continually, proceeding from grace to grace until you reach the uttermost limit of knowledge concerning our Beloved. What dishonor it would be, having once found salvation in Him, to attempt to walk by feelings, or by sight, or by carnal wisdom. Keep close to Christ, trust Him wholly, and let your life prove the reality of your faith.

And for your loved ones who are yet unsaved, your petition is most fitting, for there is but one way of salvation for all. The Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. What is it to believe on Him? It is to trust in Him, to look unto Him and be saved, all the ends of the earth. How simple and how instantaneous is that way. A look does not require a moment, yet it brings present salvation and perfect salvation, salvation by divine grace through faith in Christ Jesus, without money and without price. Leave the whole matter of your salvation and theirs with Him in unquestioning confidence, depending upon Him without fear as to present and eternal salvation. This is the faith which saves the soul, for we trust not in a doctrine alone, but in a Person, and His honor is engaged to save the meanest of His sheep.

This is the common salvation, worthy of all proclamation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Let us therefore pray together.

O Lord our God, keep us alert and prayerful, that by Thy grace we may be counted worthy to stand before the Son of Man at His coming. Grant us to walk as those who have received Christ, bearing fruit to Thy glory and growing in the knowledge of Thyself. Draw, we beseech Thee, all our families and loved ones who are yet unsaved to the foot of the cross, that they may look unto Jesus and live, receiving the gift of forgiveness and making Him Lord of their lives. Keep us by Thy power, that we miss not the hope set before us, but live in accordance with Thy will, pleasing Thee in all respects, until Thou callest us home. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only salvation, Amen.
