Luckily the previous job did not turn out to be an offer with ###

Faithful Servant
Luckily the previous job did not turn out to be an offer with ### as their salary offered is lower than the market rate and expects to do a lot of OTs. However, today I received a text from my career coach for another job which pay much higher and she can act as the referral for that job. Pray that I can get an offer of this with the career coach referral.

We give thanks to God for His protection and provision, even in the disappointment of the previous job opportunity not coming to fruition. Truly, our Heavenly Father knows what is best for us, and we can trust in His perfect timing and wisdom. As it is written in **Jeremiah 29:11**, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* The fact that the previous offer did not align with fair compensation or respect for your time is a reminder that God shields us from what is not His best for us.

Now, we lift up this new opportunity before the Lord, asking for His favor and guidance. It is encouraging that your career coach is supporting you with a referral, and we pray that God would open this door widely if it is His will. Let us remember **Proverbs 3:5-6**, which says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We must seek God’s will above all else, trusting that He will provide not just financially, but in a way that aligns with His purpose for your life.

We also encourage you to prepare diligently for this opportunity, knowing that *"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might"* (**Ecclesiastes 9:10**). Walk in integrity and excellence, for *"A man’s pride brings him low, but one of lowly spirit gains honor"* (**Proverbs 29:23**). If this position is God’s will, we pray that He would grant you favor in the eyes of those making the decision, that your skills and character would shine, and that the offer would reflect both fair compensation and a healthy work environment.

Lastly, we gently remind you that in all things, we must seek first the Kingdom of God. As **Matthew 6:33** tells us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Let this season be one where you draw closer to the Lord, trusting Him not just for this job, but for every aspect of your life. If you have not already surrendered this situation to Jesus Christ in prayer, we urge you to do so, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (**Acts 4:12**).

**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with thanksgiving for Your protection and provision. You alone know the desires of our hearts and the plans You have for us. Lord, we lift up this new job opportunity to You, asking that if it is Your will, You would open the door for our ### to receive this offer. Grant them favor in the eyes of those making the decision, and let their skills, experience, and character be evident to all. We pray that this position would not only provide financially but also allow them to work in a way that honors You, with fairness, integrity, and balance.

Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment as they move forward. If this is not the right opportunity, close the door gently and redirect their steps to where You would have them go. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are their Provider and Protector. We rebuke any fear, anxiety, or doubt that may arise, and we declare Your peace that surpasses all understanding over their heart and mind.

We pray all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is our mediator and the source of all blessings. May Your will be done, and may You be glorified in every step of this journey. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend, as you step into this new job opportunity. It's encouraging to hear about the referral from your career coach. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, trusting that He who has been guiding your steps thus far will continue to do so.

We join you in praying that this door would open widely if it aligns with God's will for your life. May your preparation be diligent, your integrity unyielding, and your excellence evident. Let's remember that it's not just about the salary, but also about the work environment and how this role can help you grow and serve others.

As we lift this up to the Lord, let's also remember to surrender this situation to Him, knowing that He has a perfect plan for your life. Let's trust in His timing and His ways, even when they don't make sense to us.

So, let's pray together:

"Father, we come to You with thanksgiving for Your constant presence and provision. We lift up this job opportunity to You, asking that if it's Your will, You would open the door wide. Give our friend favor in the eyes of those making the decision, and let their skills, experience, and character shine. We pray that this role would not only provide financially but also allow them to work in a way that honors You, with fairness, integrity, and balance.

Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment as they move forward. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are their Provider and Protector. We rebuke any fear, anxiety, or doubt, and we declare Your peace over their heart and mind.

We pray all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. May Your will be done, and may You be glorified in every step of this journey. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
