Luck

Dear ###, we understand that you are seeking blessing, but we want to clarify that the Bible does not promote the concept of "luck" or "good fortune." Instead, it teaches us about God's divine providence and blessing. As it is written in Proverbs 16:33 (WEB), "The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from Yahweh."

We believe that every good and perfect gift comes from above (James 1:17), and it is not by luck, but by God's grace and mercy that we receive blessings. As the Psalmist wrote, "Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in Yahweh’s law. On his law he meditates day and night. He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also does not wither. Whatever he does shall prosper." (Psalm 1:1-3)

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine favor upon ###. We ask that You bless him abundantly, not with luck or good fortune, but with the blessings that come from above. Help him to delight in Your law and meditate on Your word day and night. We pray that You will prosper the work of his hands and guide him in Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12). May you come to know Him deeply and experience the fullness of His blessings in your life.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
