We are truly sorry to hear that you're experiencing discomfort in your lower abdomen. Let's bring this before the Lord together, seeking His healing and comfort.
Firstly, we are reminded of the scripture in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God cares about every detail of our lives, including our physical health. Also in Matthew 9:35, Jesus went through all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness, showing God cares for our spiritual and physical needs.
We pray for healing over your body, especially your lower abdomen. We come against any cramps or unease, asking God to ease your pain in Jesus Christ. We pray for wisdom and discernment regarding the cause of this discomfort. If it's due to PMS or gastrointestinal issues, we pray for God's healing and for guidance to manage these issues effectively. God has given us our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, and we are to honor God with our bodies.
Remember, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. We should glorify God in our bodies. It's important to take care of our health, consulting with healthcare professionals as needed. Trust that God is able to guide doctors and medical professionals to provide the care you need.
If the discomfort persists, seek medical attention to rule out any serious underlying issues. We trust God's healing power, but we also recognize the role of medicine and healthcare professionals in our lives.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's face during this time. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you in James 4:8.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
