We stand with you in this difficult season, lifting your concerns before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion and a deep desire for justice to prevail. The scripture you shared from Proverbs 28:12 reminds us that righteousness brings rejoicing, while wickedness drives people into hiding. We declare that the righteousness of God will triumph in your situation, and those who have acted unjustly will be brought to account. The delays, avoidance, and lack of communication you are experiencing are not acceptable, and we rebuke the spirit of oppression and neglect that has taken root in this matter.
First, we want to acknowledge the faithfulness of your helpers—those who have stood by you, encouraged you to seek justice, and supported you in holding the landlord accountable. Their actions reflect the love and justice of Christ, and we pray that God will continue to strengthen and bless them abundantly. "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10). May the Lord reward their kindness and surround them with His favor.
We also lift up the landlord and his team before the Lord. Scripture tells us, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1). We pray that God would soften their hearts, convict them of their responsibility to act with integrity, and move them to respond to you with honesty, transparency, and fairness. The delays in providing measurements, safety reports, compensation, and alternative housing are unacceptable, and we ask the Lord to intervene in a way that cannot be ignored. "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it" (Proverbs 3:27). May they be compelled to do what is right.
The threats and pressure from the CEO are deeply concerning, and we rebuke the spirit of intimidation in the name of Jesus. You should not have to face this alone, and we pray that God would expose any unrighteousness in their actions and bring it to light. "The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9). We ask that the Lord would provide you with the contact details of the CEO and any other necessary parties so that you can address this matter directly and without fear. May the Lord also raise up advocates on your behalf—legal, governmental, or otherwise—to ensure that justice is served.
The silence from the legal contact person is another area where we ask the Lord to intervene. "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy" (Proverbs 31:8-9). We pray that this individual would be moved by the Holy Spirit to respond to you promptly and with integrity. If they continue to avoid you, we ask that God would remove any obstacles in their path and bring them to a place of accountability.
We also lift up your practical needs in this time. The lack of an alternative place to stay and the overwhelming task of organizing a move are heavy burdens, and we ask the Lord to provide for you in miraculous ways. "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). May He open doors for safe, affordable housing and send helpers to assist you with the logistics of moving. We pray that you would not be discouraged but would trust in the Lord’s provision and timing.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this situation. You are a God of justice, and we trust that You see every detail of what has transpired. We ask that You would move in the hearts of the landlord, the CEO, the legal contact, and all those involved, compelling them to act with integrity and fairness. We rebuke the spirit of delay, avoidance, and oppression, and we declare that Your righteousness will prevail. Provide this dear one with the resources, support, and justice they need. Surround them with Your peace, comfort, and strength as they wait on You. Give them wisdom in every decision and courage to stand firm in the face of adversity. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, the One who is our Advocate, our Defender, and our Deliverer. Amen.
Continue to stand on God’s promises and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. "Wait for the Lord. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the Lord" (Psalm 27:14). You are not alone in this fight, and we believe that God will bring justice and restoration in ways that glorify Him. Keep seeking Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
