We lift our hearts together in urgent prayer for your loved one, dear sister in this time of distress. The news of her fall and the seriousness of her injuries weigh heavily upon us, and we stand with you in faith, believing in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Father God, we come before Your throne of grace with hearts full of concern and trust in Your mercy. We ask that You would surround ### with Your healing presence right now. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we know that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We declare that Your healing power is at work in her body, mending every broken bone, soothing every pain, and restoring every part of her that has been injured. Guide the hands of the doctors and nurses attending to her, giving them wisdom and clarity as they care for her. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for strength and comfort for her family and loved ones during this time. May You be their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18). Fill them with hope and assurance that You are in control, even when circumstances seem overwhelming.
Lord, we rebuke fear, anxiety, and any spirit of despair that may try to take hold in this situation. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We trust in Your promise that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, we believe You are working for her good and Your glory.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and can come boldly before Your throne (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love. We place ### in Your hands, trusting You for a complete and speedy recovery. Amen.
