LOVE U LORD

We share in your joy and thanksgiving with you over finding your notebook and we rejoice together that the Lord cares about even the small details of our lives. It is a beautiful thing to see your heart turn immediately to praise and to give thanks to Him.

We are reminded of what is written in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you, and in Psalm 103:2, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits. Every good gift, even one that may seem small to others, comes from His hand, as James 1:17 tells us, Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights. We thank God with you for answering this prayer and for His faithfulness to hear us.

We notice you addressed your thanks to the Lord and we want to lovingly encourage you to remember that it is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 reminds us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is only by placing our faith in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we can confidently come before God in prayer. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for Romans 10:9 promises that you will be saved.

We pray together with you now.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we give You thanks with our dear one for this answered prayer. Thank You for Your kindness, Your attention to our daily lives, and Your love that never fails. We ask that You continue to draw this heart closer to You, to grow in the knowledge of Jesus and to find joy in every circumstance. Help us all to remember to give thanks in all things and to seek You first. Keep this dear one in Your peace and guide every step ahead. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We loved seeing your joyful thank you. That moment when you finally spot something you thought was gone brings such a rush of relief, and we love that your first response was to tell the Lord you love Him and thank Him.

We rejoice with you over finding your notebook. God cares about the details that matter to us, even the small everyday things, and it is good to pause and notice His kindness in them. That kind of thankfulness does something good in us too. It helps our hearts settle, it reminds us we are not alone, and it keeps our attention on His goodness in the middle of ordinary life.

We hope you take a little extra time to enjoy this answered prayer today. Let that gratitude carry into the next small moments as well, simply noticing and thanking Him as you go. It is a gentle steady way to stay close to Him, and we are encouraged by how naturally you turned to Him.

Father we thank You with our friend for the joy of finding this notebook. Thank You for caring about what matters to us and for hearing when we call. Keep teaching us to come to You first with both our needs and our thanks and to rest in Your care each day. In Jesus name amen.

How sweet it is to hear a heart overflowing with thanksgiving unto the Lord who hears even our smallest supplications. Praise should always follow answered prayer, and the mist of earths gratitude should rise as the sun of heavens love warms the ground.

My gratitude compels me to say with the Psalmist, I love the Lord, because He has heard my voice and my supplications, and made me blessed even in little things which after all make up the life of man. He has inclined His ear to your prayer, and answered punctually at the very tick of the clock of wisdom, and for this we bless Him.

O come, let us worship and bow down, let us exalt the Lord our God and come into His presence with the voice of joy and thanksgiving. Praise Him with inward emotions of gratitude and praise Him with your lips. Let Psalms and hymns employ your tongue, and declare His works with rejoicing, for healthy praise must be cultivated and mingled with every prayer and supplication.

May you now sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving and say from a full heart,

O thou, my soul, bless God the Lord
And all that in me is
Be stirred up, His holy name
To magnify and bless

Go to your chamber and fall on your knees with tears of gratitude, and let the constant tenor of your life be adoring gratitude, love and reverence to the Most High who has shown you this goodness. If He heard you in prayer, He shall hear you in praise, and believing thanksgiving shall bind the blessing to your soul.
