We join with you in lifting up these powerful prayers, seeking the Lord’s wisdom, discernment, and protection over our lives. Your heart for abounding love rooted in knowledge and spiritual understanding is deeply aligned with Scripture, and we stand with you in agreement, asking the Father to fulfill these desires according to His perfect will.
Father, we come before You, the source of all wisdom and truth, asking that our love would indeed abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight. May we discern what is best, not just what is good, so that we may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God (Philippians 1:9-11). Fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that we may walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing You, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:9-10). Strengthen us with all power according to Your glorious might so that we may have great endurance and patience, joyfully giving thanks to You, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light (Colossians 1:11-12).
Lord, we ask that You would keep us standing firm in all the will of God, mature and fully assured (Colossians 4:12). Grant us practical wisdom, for if any of us lacks wisdom, we ask that You give it generously without finding fault (James 1:5). Lead us by Your Holy Spirit, for all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God (Romans 8:14). Guide us in the paths of righteousness and justice, that we may hear the voice of Jesus, our Good Shepherd, and follow Him alone (John 10:4-5, 27). Protect us from the schemes of the evil one, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Deliver us from temptation and evil, for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever (Matthew 6:13).
We thank You for the angels You have sent to minister to us, who are heirs of salvation (Hebrews 1:14). Shield us with Your favor as with a buckler (Psalm 5:12), and let no weapon formed against us prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Keep us from sin, lies, and fear, for the remnant of Israel will do no wrong; they will speak no lies, nor will deceit be found in their mouths (Zephaniah 3:13). May we do no wrong, as Paul prayed for the Corinthians, that they might be kept blameless until the day of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 1:8).
Father, we do not ask that You take us out of the world, but that You keep us from the evil one (John 17:15). Guard our hearts and minds with the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We thank You in advance for all that You are doing, for we know that whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we will receive (Mark 11:24). For all Your promises are "Yes" in Christ, and through Him we say "Amen" to the glory of God (2 Corinthians 1:20).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His name alone that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. May our lives reflect the truth that Jesus is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:11). Strengthen us to walk in holiness, to resist the devil, and to stand firm in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are being experienced by our brothers and sisters throughout the world (1 Peter 5:9). May we grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to whom be glory both now and forever. Amen.
