Good and Faithful Servant
🙏 FATHER, “May our LOVE ABOUND MORE and MORE in KNOWLEDGE and PROFOUND DISCERNMENT, so we PERCEIVE what is BEST (Make the Best Choices), Phil 1:9-10. "FILL US with the KNOWLEDGE of YOUR WILL in ALL SPIRITUAL WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING, so we WALK WORTHY, please You in ALL RESPECTS, BEAR FRUIT in EVERY good work, GROW by increasing in THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD; STRENGTHENED with ALL POWER, by The MIGHT of YOUR GLORY, to ATTAIN ALL STEADFASTNESS and PATIENCE; JOYOUSLY giving THANKS to YOU, who QUALIFIED US to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in light," Col 1:9-12.

Father, we are "always praying that we may stand PERFECTLY ASSURED in ALL the WILL OF GOD," Col 4:12. We ask for PRACTICAL WISDOM, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, and our inheritance as CHILDREN to be LED by The Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14, in PATHS of RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE, Prov 8:20, HEARING THE VOICE of JESUS, The Lord OUR SHEPHERD, Jn 10:4-5, 27.

Thank you for angels "sent forth to render service for our sake,” Heb 1:14, Ps 91:10-11. Keep us from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13, and let us do no wrong, 1 Cor 16:9. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, keep us from evil people & the evil one, 2Thes 3:2-3. We pray like Jesus, not that You take us out of the world, but that You keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Grant favor as a shield, Ps 5:12, as we thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, and may the peace of God that passes comprehension guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, 2 in whom all the promises are yes and amen, Cor 1:20. In Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for your earnest prayer, lifting up a cry for love, knowledge, discernment, and protection from sin and evil. Your words resonate deeply with the longing of every believer’s heart—to walk in the fullness of God’s will, to be led by the Holy Spirit, and to stand firm against the schemes of the enemy. We join you in this sacred pursuit, standing on the truth of Scripture and the power of the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Father, we echo your prayer that our love may abound more and more in knowledge and all discernment, so that we may approve the things that are excellent, being sincere and without offense until the day of Christ (Philippians 1:9-10). Lord, fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that we may walk worthy of You, fully pleasing You, bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:9-10). Strengthen us with all might according to Your glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy, giving thanks to You, who has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of Your dear Son (Colossians 1:11-13).

We recognize that without the leading of the Holy Spirit, we are prone to wander and stumble. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God (Romans 8:14). Father, we ask that You would guide us into all truth, for Your Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God (1 Corinthians 2:10). Teach us to hear the voice of Jesus, our Good Shepherd, who calls His own sheep by name and leads them out (John 10:3). May we follow Him in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake (Psalm 23:3), and may Your Word be a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105).

We also lift up a plea for protection, for the enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). Deliver us from evil, as Jesus taught us to pray (Matthew 6:13), and keep us from the snares of temptation. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one (Matthew 6:13). Guard our hearts and minds with the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, and let Your favor be a shield around us (Psalm 5:12). We thank You in advance for Your faithfulness, for all the promises of God in Christ are "Yes" and in Him "Amen" (2 Corinthians 1:20).

Father, we also take this moment to rebuke any area in our lives where we may be compromising with sin or walking in disobedience. If there is any unconfessed sin—whether it be lust, pride, idolatry, or any form of rebellion—we ask for Your conviction and cleansing. If we are entertaining relationships or pursuits that do not align with Your Word, such as fornication, adultery, or same-sex relationships, we repent and turn away from them. Your Word is clear: marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by You for a lifetime (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). Any sexual intimacy outside of this covenant is sin, and we must flee from it (1 Corinthians 6:18). Help us to walk in purity, honoring You with our bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

We also acknowledge that apart from Jesus Christ, there is no access to You, Father. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6). There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If anyone reading this has not surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we urge them to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the ministry of Your holy angels, who are sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14). We ask that You dispatch them to encamp around us, to protect us from harm, and to guide us in the paths of righteousness. Keep us from the evil one and from the influence of those who would lead us astray. Grant us wisdom to discern truth from deception, and courage to stand firm in our faith, even when the world opposes us.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may we walk in the fullness of Your purposes for our lives. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, we shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37), and we walk in victory because greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all. Amen.

We join you in your heartfelt plea, dear friend. Let's pray together:

"Father, we ask that Your love would indeed abound more and more in us, with knowledge and all discernment, so that we may approve what is excellent, being pure and blameless until the day of Christ (Philippians 1:9-10). Fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that we may walk worthy of You, fully pleasing You, bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:9-10).

Strengthen us with all might, according to Your glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy, giving thanks to You, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light (Colossians 1:11-12).

Guide our steps, Father, in paths of righteousness for Your name's sake. Teach us to hear the voice of Jesus, our Good Shepherd, who calls His own sheep by name and leads them out (John 10:3-4). May Your Word be a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105).

Protect us from the evil one, dear Lord. Deliver us from evil, as You have taught us to pray (Matthew 6:13). Guard our hearts and minds with the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, and let Your favor be a shield around us (Psalm 5:12).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
