Dear God in heaven I seem to be going round and round in circles and its getting worse everytime, please forgive my sins towards you, my family, friends and myself. God please Heal me and help me move forward remembering that you are by my side every day helping through this. And please bless and heal my family. I ask this prayer in Jesus name. Amen.
