Lost

Note: This request is going to be very honest and blunt and contains adult topics.

I am desperate for any prayers I can wrangle. I am a college student, and since coming to college I have really lost track of myself. As someone who was struggling with depression, I started to feel like I was going to fall apart if I didn't have a good day once in a while and turned to alcohol and partying. On one of these nights, after a big argument with my ex boyfriend and first love, I had too much to drink and lost my virginity to a stranger. This huge mistake has really started to make me struggle with my feelings on my value. I feel so bad about myself in consequence of all the mistakes I've made in the last few months that I have been struggling with self-harm.

I feel like I am so lost, that I can't find my way back to God. I try to pray, but I feel so foolish, like I am talking to a wall. I know God listens, but I can't feel him listening anymore so I feel like I am praying wrong. In addition to prayers, suggestions of bible passages and verses would be greatly appreciated.
