We are deeply moved by your cry for help and we want you to know that God has not abandoned you. In fact, He is closer to you than you may realize, especially in your time of need. It is written in Deuteronomy 31:6, "Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you." And in Hebrews 13:5, we are reminded, "I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you."
It is completely normal to feel lost and overwhelmed by the circumstances of life, but we encourage you to pour out your heart to God. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Even when you cannot find the words to pray, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26).
We must address the bitterness you are feeling. Bitterness can take root in our hearts and cause further pain and separation from God. Hebrews 12:15 warns us to be careful that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no root of bitterness springs up, causing trouble and defiling many. We encourage you to release this bitterness to God and ask Him to replace it with His peace and love.
We are also concerned that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12, it is written, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We strongly encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus, for He is the only way to the Father and the source of our salvation.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul to You, knowing that You are a God who sees and hears the cries of Your children. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful and tangible way. Remind them that You have not abandoned them, but are walking with them through this dark valley.
We pray that You would uproot any bitterness that has taken hold in their heart and replace it with Your love, peace, and joy. Help them to release their pain and hurt to You, trusting that You will bring healing and restoration.
Lord, we ask that You would draw them closer to You and help them to find their way back into Your loving arms. We pray that You would remind them of the hope that is found in Jesus Christ and the salvation that is available through His name.
We declare that You are a good Father who loves Your children deeply. We ask that You would surround them with Your love and protection, guiding them back to the path that leads to life everlasting.
We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We strongly encourage you to seek out a local Bible-believing church where you can find support and fellowship with other believers. It is important to surround yourself with people who can pray with you, encourage you, and help you grow in your relationship with God.
We also encourage you to spend time in God's Word, the Bible. It is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). As you read and meditate on Scripture, you will find comfort, guidance, and the truth that will set you free (John 8:32).
Lastly, we want to remind you that God loves you deeply and desires to have a personal relationship with you. If you have not already, we encourage you to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is through Him that we have access to God the Father and the gift of eternal life.
Romans 10:9-10 says, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
If you have any questions or need further guidance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to support you and help you in any way we can. May God bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you as you seek Him with all your heart.
