My financial woes continue. I was let go today from a door-to-door sales position. It wasn't a great job and I really wasn't good at it, but it was at least something. Please pray that I land a decent job with a good salary and benefits immediately. I can't continue like this. The stress is killing me. I have even asked God to take me, because I can't stand the pain and despair.
My husband walked out on me back in July 1998. I lost a good job, after 23 years, in Oct. 2000. I was a professional. I had been living on credit and owe over $109,000 in credit card debt, which most has been turned over to outside debt collectors. I also have an equity loan on my home. I have a pile of unpaid bills on my kitchen table. I even owe the IRS money. Pleas ask God to bless me and take away my problems (debt, no job, loneliness, depression, poor health, despair).
My depression has affected my son. He is angry at me. He thinks I don't try to get employment or better myself. I even took a job as a Sales Associate, making $8/hour. This job lasted six months. The store closed. I have applied for many positions and have gone on some job interviews. However, no one has offered me a decent job, other than as a Financial Advisor. I have a house to maintain and pay taxes on. I had to withdraw money from an IRA to supplement my income. I lost this position because I fell below sales pace in March 2005.
I'm not a bad person and I pray nightly for my family and everyone in general that they have good health, financial security, aren't lonely, or despaired. I do pray and do love the Lord. I wonder sometimes where he is in my life and why he has abandoned me.
