Even when we do not understand why we are going through trials, we must hold on to His promises. In Romans 8:28 WEB, we are assured that, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
Regarding your financial struggles, it is crucial to remember that God provides for His children. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, or what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things and that seeking first God's Kingdom and his righteousness will lead to all these things being given to us as well. Also, reaching out to your local church or Christian community for support during this time can provide both spiritual and practical assistance.
Concerning your health, we pray for God's healing and comfort. In 3 John 1:2 WEB, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. We also want to encourage you to trust in God's strength when you feel physically spent. In 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB, But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. About feeling abandoned by the Father. This is common when going through difficult times. It is a lie of the devil to make you believe that God has abandoned you. In the book of Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or scared of them; for the Lord your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. It is a promise that we can hold on to.

Help to renew a spirit of hope and trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray.

There is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:11-12 WEB, This is the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
