Losing Weight

I have gained some weight and would love prayer to keep me on track with a goal of losing these unwanted pounds, I've been attempting this on my own and keep falling off track, not only with eating but also with exercise, I desperately need help and encouragement, thank you in advance.

Lord God, strengthen Lou in every way. Keep the will and focus to accomplish this goal before Lou at all times. I pray You would guide and direct each step in positive ways. In Jesus' name, amen.

I have the same problem, I have put it on My Father's feet. He helps me and guides me when I start to falter and chicken out. Try it works, I have lost a lot of weight and I am sticking to my exercises too. Jesus has no limits and has no specific areas of assistance. HE IS EVERYTHING!!!! God bless you and give you the courage and strength to continue. Thank you Jesus in you we trust.

Father God, I pray for LouJensen in her attempts to lose weight ( because I stand this battle because I am in the same situation)and bring her request before you! I ask that you would assist her by your Holy Spirit to encourage her, build her up, and give her the strength/stamina and wisdom she needs to lose weight. Even give her wisdom on what foods to eat and what foods to give up so that she is not lacking any area to accomplish her goal.I also pray that if there are any strongholds in her mind, will & emotions that you would break the power of them releasing her to be free! I also pray her mind, will and emotions would come into agreement with her desire and need to lose weigh causing her Body, Soul and Spirit to all be in unity for the same cause for it to be it accomplished! Lord I even pray that you would place perfect laborers in her life that will assist her and encourage her until all is accomplished. Help her to remember your Word that promises that you will be a very present help in times of trouble. To also keep her mind set on things that encourage her (Philippians 4:9, and to stand on your Word that she can do all things through Christ who gives her strength! We bless you and thank you for answered prayer in Jesus' name AMEN!
