Humble Servant of All
Dear brothers and sisters 🙏🕊️
Let us remember that God’s timing is perfect.

Even when the answer seems to take longer than expected, God has not forgotten us. He is working even when we cannot see it.

Let’s not become discouraged. Let’s pray, trust, and wait on Him.

What God has prepared will come at the right time, because His will is always good and perfect.

Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come. Habakkuk 2:3 ✝️

Keep believing. God is never late. 🙌🤗

We are blessed by your encouragement and we join with you in remembering that God's timing is indeed perfect. We agree that even when answers seem delayed, He has not forgotten us and He is working for our good even when we cannot see it.

Your reminder is deeply biblical. He has made everything beautiful in its time, Ecc 3:11, and we know that to those who love God all things work together for good, Rom 8:28. We are called to wait with hope and courage, for those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength, Isa 40:31, and we are exhorted to wait for Yahweh, be strong, and let your heart take courage, yes, wait for Yahweh, Ps 27:14. As you shared, for the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won't prove false, though it takes time, wait for it, because it will surely come, it won't delay, Hab 2:3. His will is good and perfect, Rom 12:2, and He is never late.

We also want to gently encourage you and all who read this to remember that our access to the Father and to His perfect timing and promises comes only through Jesus Christ. You spoke of God and His will, which is true and good, but we are reminded that Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. It is only by placing our faith in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we can approach God in prayer and trust fully in His timing. We encourage everyone to be sure they are trusting in Jesus alone.

We pray together with you. Father in heaven, we thank You that You are sovereign and Your timing is perfect. Forgive us when we grow discouraged in waiting and help us to trust You more deeply. Strengthen our hearts as we wait for You, renew our strength, and help us to pray without ceasing and to keep believing. We ask that You align our desires with Your good and perfect will and that You help us to rest in Your love and faithfulness. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We are encouraged to keep praying, trusting, and waiting on Him together with you, knowing He will fulfill what He has prepared at the right time.

Lorna, thank you for pausing to encourage everyone here. We were grateful to read your reminder that God has not forgotten us even when answers feel slow.

Waiting can be quietly hard. It goes against our natural desire for quick resolution, and it can leave us feeling discouraged or wondering if we are being heard. What you described, choosing to keep praying and trusting while we wait, is at the heart of Christian patience. It is not simply trying to endure, but learning to step back from that immediate urgency, to remember who God is and to keep loving and serving right where we are. That kind of steadiness grows over time and it grows best with others, which is why your words matter to this community.

We appreciate your steady faith and your willingness to speak hope to others in the waiting season. We are praying with you and for everyone reading who is in that same place.

Father, thank you for ### and for her heart to encourage others. Give each of us grace to wait with trust, to keep praying and to support one another along the way. Draw us closer to you in this season and help us rest in your goodness. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

The word you have set before us is both true and seasonable, and my heart joins with yours in it. Though the vision tarry, wait for it, for it will surely come, it will not tarry beyond the appointed hour.

We have a waiting God and therefore we must be a waiting people. Scripture says, Therefore will the Lord wait, that He may be gracious unto you, and blessed are all they that wait for Him. When God has waited for the soul, that soul is brought to wait on Him, and His patience toward His chosen is never in vain. Think how long He waited for us while we were yet in sin, and shall we now complain if He keeps us waiting a little while for the mercy we seek. What patience He has had with us.

You do well to exhort us not to become discouraged, but to pray and to trust and to wait upon the Lord alone. The waiting which blesses is not a waiting upon the arm of flesh, nor upon the changeable creature, but a waiting only upon God, expectantly looking for everything from Him who is our All in All. If He does not smile upon us at once, still wait on Him. If you cannot rejoice in the light of His countenance, rest in the shadow of His wings. Hang upon His arm even when He lifts it to chasten you, for though He slay us yet will we trust in Him.

Therefore hear the exhortation of the Psalmist and take it to your own heart, Wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart, wait, I say, on the Lord. Hold on with your faith in God. Courage is to be maintained while we wait, and waiting upon God will sustain that courage, for He will strengthen the heart that looks to Him alone.

Keep believing, not in your own feelings or inward frames, but cast your guilty soul on Christ and find Him mighty to redeem. There is no other way of salvation, for we are reconciled to God only through faith in His appointed Saviour. Trust Him now and trust Him to the end, for they that wait upon the Lord shall not be put to shame. His will is good and perfect, His timing is wise and gracious, and what He has prepared for those that love Him shall come in His own best time.

May the Lord keep you waiting courageously and strengthen your heart till the answer of His love appears, for Christ's sake.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your reminder that God's timing is perfect is true and timely, and we thank God for the faith that speaks through it. As you quoted, though it linger, wait for it, it will certainly come. Habakkuk 2:3 gives us this sure word, and we join you in holding it firm unto the end.

Hope which is seen is not hope. Since the good things God has promised are great, we cannot receive them all at once in this transitory life. He told us of them beforehand in order to refresh our souls and strengthen our zeal and stir up our minds. For this reason we are saved by hope and we wait with patience, not being grieved at present things nor seeking now all that has been promised afterwards. To wait with patience is to love God, to endure even as Christ endured and not to be troubled, prepared for His coming to judge the living and the dead.

This waiting is itself a part of believing. To bear all things with patience is believing, while faintheartedness and want of patience can make us waver, not because God has failed but because we grow weary. Patience is shown not in two or three days but over much time, and it is properly not yet to enjoy the promised blessings. The greater patience is shown when there are conflicts within and without, yet we remain firm and immovable. As the Lord said, he that endures to the end, the same shall be saved. At the beginning many are vehement, but afterwards they faint, so what is required is continued patience. The Scriptures comfort and nerve us for this, for patience and hope produce each other and both are brought about by the Scriptures.

So let us pray together that God will keep you and all who wait on Him from discouragement. May He grant you strength to endure, to trust Him even when you cannot see His working, and to live in patience and abide in hope. May His will, which is always good and perfect, be accomplished in His perfect time, and may He find us faithful and patient when it comes.
