Intercessor
Beloved of All
OUR Father in Heaven (May we [and I] know You better); Hallowed be Your Name (Help us Honor You More [help us image God]); Your Kingdom Come (Namely, Hastening the 2nd Coming "the Day of the Lord," (2 Peter 3:12); Longing for the Day of His appearing (2 Tim 4:8), Maranatha [come quickly] (1 Cor 16:22); as well as the Kingdom coming NOW; as "the Kingdom of God is among you [or, in your midst]" (Luke 17:21), and is manifested through Christians acting in accord with the New Creation as they are in Christ NOW "the light shines in the darkness" (John 1:5) and, "you are the light of the world" (Matt 5:14-- c.f. the solid song, "This Little Light of Mine" we learned as infants; KINGDOM COME with Character, Fruit [Romans 14:17], Gifts, Teaching, Preaching, Intercession, Work, Giving, Worship, Presence, Humility & Authority [1 Thes 1:5]); Your Will Be Done on Earth (and in our lives [my life]) as in Heaven (i.e.-- as planned; or perfectly [{Jesus}came not to do His own will but the will of Him who sent Him]). Give Us this Day Our Daily Bread (of Your Word [Deut 8:3; Matt4:4; Luke 4:4] & Financial, Social, Emotional & Physical Provision; Forgive Us Our Debts & help us Forgive Our Debtors (i.e.--Reconciliation w/ others; leaving your gift at the alter [Matt 5:24--really, actually stop and first be reconciled; c.f., when you stand praying forgive {Mark 11:25}]); Lead Us Not into Temptation (Protection from sin, Running from sin [like Joseph, c.f. Gen. 39:7-12]), Deliver Us from Evil, (hurt & injury); or the Evil One (the ultimate source of all the evils ever to affect us--c.f. the early chapters of Job; John (Father of lies, Murderer from the beginning [Jn 8:44]); & Revelation (Accuser of the Brethren, Serpent of Old, the Devil, who has fallen like lightning; will be cast from the heavens; then wrapped with a great chain and bound for a thousand years; then ultimately be tormented forever with the beast and the false prophet [Rev 20:2-10]) for Yours is the Kingdom, by the Power, and for the Glory of Jesus, Forever, Amen.
