Lord's Prayer

[Intercessor]

When you pray, say (Matt 6:9-14; Luke 11:1-5) - Our Father, we enter Your gates with thanksgiving -- as many as receive Jesus, to them You give the right to be called Children of God. I ask we honor You in everything we think say and do. May Your Kingdom increase in us and through us now untilit is finalized in the Second Coming of Jesus "Behold I am coming soon" Rev 22:7; 12. May Your Will be done on earth perfectly and may we know and do Your will perfectly, consistently and gladly like Jesus Did on earth, as the angels and spirits of righteous men made perfect do in heaven. Give us our daily bread, provision for ourheart, soul, mind, will and emotions. Forgive us our debts. We forgive everyone who sins against us and ask You would save them, especially those who ignore "reconciliation" as taught in the Sermon on the Mount in the guise of "much activity in ministry" and "offering worthless sacrifices day night and night" without obeying Jesus Christ's teaching and pray against anyone bold enough to point out this glaring stench which is actually arising from their prayers in the place of incense. Lead us notinto temptation to sin or despair in trials. Deliver us from the malignant plots, schemes and devises of the evil one. For Your Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom and will not pass away (3 or 4 times in Daniel), just like all Your words will not pass away (Matthew 24:35, Mark 13:31, Luke 21:33), All Power in Heaven and Earth is Yours (Matt 11:27, 28:18), and not to us, but to Your Name give glory (Psalm 115:1), through the intercession of Jesus Christ, amen.

(From Prayers That Prevail)

Lord, You have commanded Your people to humble themselves and turn from their wicked ways. When we do this, and when we seek Your face, Your Word declares You will hear from heaven and heal our land. Lord, help me to walk in humility so that my prayers will be answered. In an attitude of humility, my heart sees its need for You in all things.

Your Word tells me that You will turn Your face toward those who are of a poor and contrite spirit, toward those who tremble at Your Word. In light of Your Word I see that, apart from You, I am poor and wretched. I also see that in Christ You have made me a new creation, raised me to newness of life and made me a partaker of Your divine nature. Therefore, I can walk in true humility.

The sacrifices that are acceptable to You, Father, are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.

The key to all Your blessings is humility in the sight of the Lord, and the end result is that You always lift me up. Thank You, Lord. Amen
