GOD BLESS U. Psalm 37:1 Fret not yourself because of evil doer neither be envious of evildoers of those who work unrighteousness.ver 2 they will be cut down like grass...trust in the Lord & do good.. Ver 4 delight yourself in the Lord, He will give U the desire of your heart...v5 committ your ways to the Lord, trust also in Him & He will bring it to pass V6 He will make your uprightness & right standing with God go forth as light, & your justice & right as the noon day. Ver 7 rest in the Lord, wait for Him & patiently lean yourself upon Him.. fret not yourself ver 8 cease from anger & forsake wrath, fret not yourself for it tends only to evil doing.
Trust God in your situation so that He will use it to conform U to the image of His son Jesus. What is fret: worry, discontent,wearing away, torment, irritate, annoy, worn out,cause to be uneasy,troubled. This will cause sleeplessness, stomach problems,depression. So when things are out of our control, we become helpless, but God must be in control. For when trust in Him, He is in control, or else we open the doors of our heart & mind & the spirit of fret, worry comes in.
Father, I (we) repent of not trusting in U with all our hearts mind & soul. As a result we fall prey to the devices of satan. Forgive me (us) in Jesus name. Father, I pray for a steadfast & a willing spirit in me (us) to stand completely on your words. I come and surrender self thoughts, self presevation of my old nature from Adam, & I give myself in surrender to U & your words. I will not have confident in my flesh but only your words I will speak, speak to create an astomphere of rest & being still in U, Christ. Father, my life is in Christ, therefore, I can sleep in Jesus name.
I will mediate according to Phil 4:6 Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance & in everything by prayer & petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants know to God. V 7 And the peace whic transends all understanding shall guard over your hearts & mind in Christ Jesus.
V8 Whatever is true, worthy of reverence, honorable, just, lovable, kind, gracious, pure, ....mediate on these things. God bless u again
