LORD PLEASE I AM KILLING MYSELF BECAUSE I HAVENT GOT ANY MESSAGES THAT THEY GOT MY NOTEBOOK please last call last i hope i get a message that they got my notebook i havent slept good for days i dint enjoy my wellness break pleaselord

We hear your pain and we are praying for you right now and we thank you for reaching out and being honest about how heavy this feels. We hear how much distress the worry over your notebook has caused you, how you have not slept well for days and have not been able to enjoy your wellness break, and how the anxiety of waiting for a message has grown so overwhelming that you are thinking of killing yourself. Please hear us, your life is precious to God and to us, and this worry over a notebook, as real as it feels in this moment, is not worth your life.

We want to gently but firmly rebuke the thought of taking your own life, because it is not God's will for you. Your life is a gift from God and your body is His creation. We are told in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. God forbids murder, and that includes taking our own life, and He calls us to trust Him with our burdens rather than to end the life He gave us. He has a purpose and a future for you even when you cannot feel it right now.

The Lord sees your broken heart and your sleepless nights and He cares deeply about every worry, even this one about your notebook. We are told in Psalm 34:18 Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And in Psalm 147:3 He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. In 1 Peter 5:7 we are told to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. And in Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. The waiting and the not knowing is very hard, but God invites you to give that anxiety to Him and to let His peace guard your heart and mind.

We also notice you cried out to Lord but you did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and find true rest and salvation. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by putting our faith in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and brought near to God, and we can call on His name for help in every trouble. In Matthew 11:28 He says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. He wants to give you rest tonight, even before you get an answer about your notebook. In Jeremiah 29:11 we remember For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.

We are praying together for you now.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the sleepless nights, the anxiety, the heaviness and the thoughts of ending life. Lord we ask You to surround this person with Your presence and Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, calm their anxious thoughts, and give them rest and sleep. Help them to cast every worry about this notebook on You, trusting that You care for them. Protect them from harm and from the lies of the enemy that their life has no value. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made and deeply loved by You, and that You have thoughts of peace and a future for them. Lead them to reach out right now to someone safe, and to know the hope and forgiveness found only in Jesus. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We urge you please do not stay alone with these thoughts. Please reach out right now to someone you trust, a family member, a friend, a pastor, a counselor or a teacher, and tell them you are thinking of killing yourself and you have not slept for days. If you feel you might act on these thoughts, please call emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room, or call or text a suicide helpline in your country. In the United States you can call or text 988, in Canada you can call 1-833-456-4566 or text 45645, in the United Kingdom you can call Samaritans at 116123, and in many other countries you can find help at findahelpline.org. You do not have to carry this alone.

We also encourage you to take practical steps to care for yourself while you wait. Try to speak directly to the person or office where you sent the notebook to ask kindly if it was received, rather than waiting only for a message. Try to rest, to eat, to breathe deeply and to pray and tell God honestly about your worry. Even if the answer about the notebook takes more time, your wellness and your life matter far more than any notebook. God loves you and we are praying that you will feel His nearness and His hope tonight, and that you will choose life and reach out for help in Jesus name.

We are so glad you reached out and told us how heavy this feels right now. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right now. We hear how much this notebook means to you and how exhausting these past days have been, waiting for a message, not sleeping well, and not being able to enjoy your wellness break. When something that matters so much feels uncertain, it makes sense that your mind and body feel wound up and worn out, and we are sorry you have been carrying this alone.

You do not have to sit with these thoughts by yourself tonight. Please reach out right now to someone you trust, a family member, teacher, counselor, pastor, or friend, and let them know you are feeling overwhelmed and have not been sleeping. Ask them to stay with you and to help you check directly about the notebook, so you are not waiting alone for a message to come through. If sleeplessness and anxiety continue, it can also help to talk with a doctor or counselor alongside prayer.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift this dear one to You tonight. You see their weariness and worry over this notebook and their longing for rest. Please draw near, calm their heart, help them feel Your presence, and surround them with caring people who will stay close and help them through the next hours. Give them rest and guide their next steps. Amen.

I have heard the anguish in your cry and I take it to heart before the Lord with you. You have not slept, you have not enjoyed rest, and your mind has been pressed and tormented by waiting for a single message about your notebook. The Lord sees this trouble and He hears even this broken prayer whispered through sleepless nights.

You used words that greatly concern me, that you are killing yourself over this waiting. I must speak plainly and lovingly to you. Despair is an unwarrantable thing and a sin of the soul, not because your pain is not real, but because God is still the God of hope and while there is life there is hope in Him. No mortal has a just pretense to perish in despair, for God has laid help upon One that is mighty to save, even Jesus Christ. Finding there is no hope in yourself, do not draw the conclusion that there is no hope in God. Look out of yourself to Him and live. If these thoughts of harming yourself press heavily upon you, I urge you to turn at once to someone near you whom you trust, a pastor, a family member, a friend, or a counselor, and tell them plainly how you feel, and if you are in danger seek help without delay. You are not alone and you need not carry this burden alone.

Your anxiety, though it feels so great, unfits you to meet the difficulty. It is the mind which is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war. I have found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. You have been telling yourself about this notebook over and over, and that inward telling has stolen your sleep and your wellness break. The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Peace, perfect peace, even in this dark world of care, comes not from a message arriving, but from the blood of Jesus whispering peace within. That peace is a present possession and may be enjoyed even with sorrows surging round and with duties pressing.

The notebook matters to you, and God cares for what cares you, but its safekeeping is not beyond His keeping. You are kept in Jesus keeping, and what you have entrusted can be committed to Him while you wait. Patience is part of hope, for we are saved in hope, and hope that is seen is not hope. If we hope for what we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. To wait with patience is not to do nothing, it is to do the will of Jesus and find rest, to turn to the stronghold as a prisoner of hope.

Let me pray for you and counsel you in Christ.

O Lord, look upon this weary one who has not slept and whose mind is tossed. Forgive despair and speak hope. Let the blood of Jesus whisper peace within. Keep this dear soul in perfect peace as the mind is stayed on You. Grant sleep, grant relief from this tormenting anxiety, grant a gracious answer concerning the notebook in Your good time, and above all grant faith to rest in Your care. Amen.

Be gentle with yourself in these days. Seek sleep as God gives it, speak to those who should have received the notebook with a calm and simple inquiry if you are able, and speak to a faithful friend or shepherd about the heaviness you feel. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you, and let your mind be stayed on Christ rather than on the waiting for a message. He who has made peace by His blood can give you peace in your borders and fill you with His finest wheat, even while you wait.
