Lord write the Golden Rule on our hearts "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you..", so we have complete understanding exactly what the Golden Rule MEANS. Are we treating others like we want to be treated? If you want to be respected then respect others, if you want fairness then be fair, etc.... If You don't like being manipulated for others attention, ego gratification or just plain entertainment I pray we turn from it ourselves. Lord I rebuke any twisted fake version of the Golden Rule that's passive-aggressive and narcissistic. The Tarnished Rule is made to look and feel good to the one who uses it but it leads to destruction and even death."Do unto others AS they have done to you..." which is simply entitlement and immature retaliation. Lord protect those who are hurt by the evil who uses it. I pray that any Christian who secretly holds this in their heart become convicted and repent in Jesus name Amen

Oh God, let us be firebrands for Your Kingdom. Let our hearts and minds be set like flint to follow and serve You daily. Hear the cry of our hearts as we long to please You and Your Son and Your precious Holy Spirit. Help us to take up our cross daily and follow You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
