We come before the Lord together, lifting up this heartfelt cry for provision, peace, and guidance. Father, we acknowledge that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who sees and provides. You know every need before it is even spoken, and You are faithful to meet us in our lack. We stand on Your promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, just as You promised in Revelation 3:8. Send provision in ways that only You can orchestrate—unexpected blessings, divine connections, and solutions that bring glory to Your name.
We also lift up this marriage, asking that You would knit these hearts together in unity and understanding. Father, when stress and financial strain threaten to create division, remind them that they are on the same team, fighting the same battle. Your Word tells us in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up." Strengthen their bond, Lord, and let them find refuge in You and in one another.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that tries to take root in this home. The enemy would love nothing more than to see this family overwhelmed by worry, but we declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We speak peace over this household and ask that You fill them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
For the blogging ministry, we pray that You would guide every word written. If it is Your will for this platform to continue, give fresh inspiration, boldness, and clarity. If it is time to rest, grant peace in the stillness. We surrender this work into Your hands, trusting that You will direct the steps of those who delight in You (Psalm 37:23). Let this blog be a vessel for Your truth, not driven by pressure or lack, but by Your Spirit alone.
Father, we also want to gently remind this dear sister that her trust must be firmly rooted in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. If there has ever been any doubt or distraction from this truth, we pray that You would draw her heart back to the foundation of her faith. Salvation is found in no one else, and we must always keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Provider, Defender, and Restorer. Amen.
Now, dear sister, we encourage you to hold fast to the promises of God. He is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19), and His Word assures us that He will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Even in the waiting, He is working. Continue to seek Him first, and all these things will be added unto you (Matthew 6:33). Stand on His Word, declare His promises over your life, and watch as He moves on your behalf. You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you in prayer, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts stands with you. Be encouraged, for the battle is not yours, but God’s (2 Chronicles 20:15).
